I just stood at the counter and no one acknowledged me there. I waited since it's lunch and I know it gets busy, but not 1 person said a word to me. Clearly customer service isn't important here! Thanks for nothing.

Tasty and yummy food. Nice location, friendly staff. conveniently at the exit for quick grab and go.

I always make sure I have Potbelly's whenever there is one near. The staff at this location acted inconvenienced by having customers there. Food was good, but the service made me miss the location closer to my home

Ordered a meatball sandwich, no cheese and the sauce on the side. The sandwich had cheese and there was no sauce. Make sure to check your order before you leave. The food is good.

Somehow forgot to put on any of the toppings, my multigrain bread had a giant mold spot, and the bacon was inexplicably burnt. Not sure if the employees were in protest because we were there at 4:30 pm and they close at 5:00 p.m.? 5:00 pm also seems ridiculously early for a restaurant to close. Sad because their food can be really good when made properly.

After being recommended by several groups on Facebook, by decided to try for dinner this evening. We stopped in, and there is a large printed sign on the window that states "we are now open daily 10-9.". We went to the door and it was locked. There were people (workers) inside, so we figured that perhaps the dining room was closed because of staff, COVID, etc. We got back in the car and went to the drive thru. It was 5:15 pm and we were hungry. The drive thru speaker came on and said "thank you for choosing potbelly, we are closing". I replied "at 5?". They replied "yes". what a terrible first impression of this shop!

How in the world do you not open your dining area on a Saturday? So anyone with an online order has to wait 20 minutes to get their food in the drivethru window. Offer a reasonable wage, and you'll be able to staff your restaurant. Or just close. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes for food, I'd go to a sit down restaurant. Or... You can open the lobby for online orders.

Second time I’ve ordered on app, had money taken out of my bank account, and then been called by the store and told they were closing early and I couldn’t get my family’s order and would have to wait 3 days minimum for a refund. You need to CLOSE DOWN online ordering if you’re not actually accepting orders. Last time it took over a week to actually get my money back. We’ll see this time if it’s as much a train wreck. I won’t be coming back again I’ve learned my lesson

Went at 12pm lunch time and they were out of potato soup.... they weren't busy so clearly someone doesn't know how to order the truck or they just didn't make any today such a disappointment....
