They had only spicy chicken left, and breast only of the mild. We ordered a family meal. Instead of giving us the large sides, we received 3 small sides to make up for a large. The only thing that tasted good was the frozen strawberry lemonade. The cole slaw tasted like pine sol and the biscuits were hard. They looked pretty but was hard as a brick. Popeyes, yall have to do better!! $40 for a meal was not worth it at all!!
Ordered chicken strips yesterday. Tasted weird so i spit out the first bite. Thought maybe it was just a bad strip. Ate the other one, was better but still thought it was a little off. I didn't eat anymore because I had lost my appetite at that point. Next morning I'm sick. Could only be the popeyes. I hesitate to give one star ratings because people have bad days and don't want to ruin someone's business but food poisoning is unforgivable. Won't be here again
One of the best Popeyes in the Greater Cincinnati area. Food is always fresh and flavor is outstanding. Staff is courteous. Wish they were closer to my house, but they are worth the 30 minute one way ride. Feel they are better than their competitor across the street !! They have me sold on only their chicken ? !!
I remember when Popeyes used to be good. I gave this two stars, only because the cashier at the drive-thru window was very nice and accommodating. The chicken had a weird slimy texture, what chicken there was on the bone, that is. Not sure if it was undercooked or overcooked or what but the texture through us all off in the family.
Way overpriced for what u get. Great for a chicken sandwich but not a dinner. 13 bux for a tender meal with a side ? Then charged for the drink it says it comes with ..ordered two mashed potatoes with our combo got one red beans and riceFood was cold.biscuit was Rick hardShrimp combo was a joke ..all breading and super small. Neverending again. Not even calling cuz I know it wouldn't matter
Came in this morning and got 5 tenders and a large coke. Tenders were great however they were slightly warm and not recently fresh. Overall I will eat here again in the near future.
The chicken sandwiches were hot and toasted, plenty of mayo. Carefully packaged good helping of sides. Utensils and condiments remembered. Amazing beignets! Yum!
Be aware when using your credit card/debit card at the drive thru. I noticed the the young lady typing info off my card into her personal phone before swiping my card. I asked for a manager and she did not take it serious she apologized as if that would solve the problem and allowed her to continue taking orders. Lack of attention could cost you later. Just think how many people they have done that too!
Lately the orders never have everything or cold. I literally just came through drive thru not even 20 mins ago get home open food up and no fries with of our 5 p tenders. We also ordered one mild and one spicy and both were mild. I just tried called twice no pick up. ?
I did not receive Mac n cheese, received a double order of red beans/rice. The food and service was good , a Polite Young Man.
