No Bone in chicken at a restaurant that is there to sell fried chicken is ridiculous. Supply chain issues are what they are but no reason a chicken store should be out of chicken. Get management that knows how to place orders in advance.
Person at the window couldn't be bothered to say hi or bye first of all. I wish that was the worst of it! They were out of COCA-COLA (she listed 4 sodas that they actually did have), out of plastic silverware, out of ranch, and out of honey! Again, very freaking rude and acted like we were invading her house by going to a restaurant to eat ? not to mention, I had the shitz the next day. FUN
The one on Glenway is always out of chicken and never have anything all the system is always broken down
5/14 @ 1:30pm Employees and Manager were openly trash talking customers at the counter. I cannot stress enough that the store was an absolute mess with something smeared on the wall of the bathroom. Two customers entered with wrong items. The atmosphere from the manager and staff was very hostile. I do not eat at restaraunts that I would not even step foot into, and left before ordering.
Went in today for a credit order that was lost in the ‘internal shuffling’. Although they could not verify my credit order, the GM listened patiently and took care of me. I didn’t get what I was supposed to be credited but that was a compromise we agreed on. Finally turning things around here. It’s a process but the new GM seems to be about doing things the right way. Glad to see changes are being made here. Good job!!
I ordered from DoorDash, and when my order was supposed to get picked up by the driver, BOOM, store closed! I've already been waiting for 55 minutes to feed my granddaughter, and now, I have to find another restaurant. Yes, I would have gone to pick up my food, but I pay for DoorDash to deliver for free. This store has been a major problem on the Westside, due to lack of staff and the bad attitudes from the employees. Either close it down or hire an entire new staff. It's very unprofessional to allow your employees to dictate their quality of service because they don't like their job. And if that's the case, do better by your employees.
Food was actually OK - but the employees were not being very nice -- continuously throwing out f-bombs and calling the female workers b-words.No visible management and nobody really caring about the customers. I never go back to this Popeye's.
Asked for 3 piece spicy meal got 6 regular tenders. The girl at the counter was friendly but was either overwhelmed or not trained. Stopped in this location before and it was as if nobody knew what was going on , love Popeyes spicy chicken but I won't be stopping here again.
Every single time I come to this location it's always something and I only come because it's closer to my home. They are always out of everything, anything it can be the middle of the day and they are out of chicken, lemonade, tea, sandwiches all of it. Today for the 4th time in a row they have left my side out of my order and when I called up there they just put me on hold for 22 minutes while they just laughing and talking in the background. I truly hate this location definitely one of the worst!
They never have anything , the wait is always long, the workers are rude, the food is always dry and overcooked …. I could go on but I won’t. Just go to a different location
