I'll never understand how a chicken place can be out of chicken at 7:00.Ordered a chicken sandwich but they were frozen so 30+ min wait.Changed to 4 piece, dark meat and they said all they had was thighs. But then I ended up with 2 tiny, dried up breasts, half a wing, and a thigh. Tasted like our had been sitting for hours.To top it off, they were blasting raunchy, vulgar music. Totally fine with it at the club, but super annoying when you're trying to order food.
Incompetent management. They are constantly out of everything except bone-in chicken. And they never put up a sign, so you end up waiting through the whole drive-through line to find out they're out of food. They also seem to be understaffed, as the line moves very slowly and it takes a long time for anyone to answer you. Staff is also sometimes rude.
I decided to have a cheat meal for lunch earlier while I was out of town. I went to the Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen on 7131 Reading Rd in Cincinnati, Ohio (Exhibit A). As I opened up my box, which had decent pieces of shrimp and two tenders, I discovered how mildly cooked the crust was and how raw the chicken tenders were. so I went to another Popeyes, and order exhibit B. That of which I devoured, because I love some good chicken. Not only did exhibit A have poor service, but also misguided food handling and sanitation skills. I usually don’t do this, but I would be remiss had I not shared. Moral of the story, I know it’s a very demanding and underpaid job. I get that!! However, I did not sign up to potentially get food poisoned due to someone’s inability to thoroughly cook, as a part of their normal job function. You could’ve said “I hate you” as long as my food was cooked. But this was a problem. People do better!
Horrible customer service. Out of chicken unwilling to sell me the requested number of pieces. Representative said that they would then be out of chicken for the rest of the day. Whether you saw it on for me or something to someone else she would still be in the same situation because you advise me you were waiting on a truck. Ridiculous??♥️
I've had issues with this location but kept returning hoping the issues would be resolved, they have gotten worse. It's the closest location to me. I went thru the drive thru at the afternoon"shift change" was told to have a little patience. I waited at their menu board for 12mins, gave order, pulled to window, was asked for payment, handed credit card to man, told him I wasn't that happy with the service, he the through my card at me and told me to leave! He had ran my card, said he gave me a credit. .. I called location several times regarding this matter and was hung up on each time. I still have not received my payment returned
Normally I really like Popeyes but this time it was just bad. Three Mac n cheese tasted like plastic which usually means it's been in a plastic container for a long time (old), the Chicken sandwich was like chewing on a chunk of rubber and to to it off I got there of those cookies that look really good in the picture but we're literally frozen solid. So so bad
All the workers weren’t doing there job, Also they were slow, when we try to order they would cut us off. Also they would ignore us, They said they were out of everything they wouldn’t give us some of the stuff we asked for. (Would not recommend it and would recommend you to go somewhere else) if I could give them zero stars I would.
This is the worst Popeye's in the entire Tri-state and it's not even funny. This place is extremely ghetto, all the staff are rude and it seems dirty. I asked the kind individual at the cash register if I can get some Mardi Gras mustard, but was rejected because the spicy chicken and fries did not come with it. I offered to buy the packs and she came up with an excuse saying she doesn't have enough. How can you not have enough sauce and you're a place of business? Ghetto!
Pulled up to order board and was immediately told I COULD NOT get what I wanted. No family packs were available. They didn't have enough chicken. This is not the first time this has happened. They have 1 job and can't do it!!!
popeyes is good but the reading store sucks super rude and get home and food is missing go to s a different location if ya can.
