As a delivery driver, I will never take another order for your Madison Rd. location in Cincinnati. I stood in line for SIX MINUTES before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Three employees came out, saw me there, and completely ignored me. Finally, when I gave the name on my order, I was told they are just now starting it when it should have been out two minutes ago. It was another 17 MINUTES when I got my order of three spicy chicken sandwiches and one cajun fries. Ridiculous! Not to mention, your employees are rude and not friendly. Never again. But your sign outside brags that you're now offering starting employees $2.50 below the livable wage for this state, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. When you pay below average wages, you get below average employees.
The oil was obviously old, the chicken was undercooked (still pink), and we didn’t get fries with our meal. $22 for uncooked chicken, 1 biscuit, some shrimp, and two drinks. I’m amazed so many things were wrong.
Very good. Fresh and fast service this time. Mac and cheese was not a full serving. Had more cheese than mac. Great flavor though
Really poor customer relations. Walked in store told go outside and join drive through line. At 7:53 upon reaching window informed us they were closed.
We hung out at the speaker box for 10 minutes only to find out they were out of everything but mild chicken, like everything else. She acted like she just wanted us to leave without ordering, which we did? my husband really wanted to try the chicken strips...
So disappointed. I used to come here a lot but lately it hasn’t been good. This time I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru because the inside counter was closed. Ordered the 12 piece tenders. Got 10 and a little half piece. I understand they were low on staff which was why I didn’t complain about the wait time. But give me what I paid for. The staff are nice But they’re not paying enough attention or they can’t count. Either way, I’m mad at what they gave me. Also, the tenders are a LOT smaller than they used to be. Hottie sauce is too sweet and not spicy; you should skip it. Edit from 1 star to 2 stars.
Honestly don't even go thru the drive thru unless you are willing to wait like 30 minutes+. Staff is rude and always get orders wrong if you come here and wait 30 minutes and more expect to get your order wrong also expect them not to have what you wanted to order. Save your time and just go to another popeyes.
Chicken sandwiches are the best! Only small drive up lane, but courteous service and the line moves pretty fast.
Horrible! Served old, hard shrimp and the spicy chicken sandwich is made sooooo disgusting. I will never ever give this Popeyes my money again. Sad how a place that used to serve great food is now Horrible.
Loooong wait today... I know good food can take some time but I'm looking at 7 people behind a counter with food piled up and ready to go and one old guy servicing all the people waiting in line while the others are standing there acting busy. REALLY!
