Pathetic sorry young lazy female employee asked that I drive to the other side of building after I placed my order, there was no one in line before me nor after I placed my order. 5.99 for two fish sticks on a bun, instead of bringing it to me she waves for me to get out the car and come get it, the food sucked and the service as well.

I came in through the drive-thru I understand it but it it was Sunday it was busy that wasn't an issue, order my food they gave it to me get home my chicken sandwich ain't in there my macaroni not in there and then the chicken tenders was so hard you know you bite into a piece of chicken and a pokémon a roof of your mouth it was so dry like they had underneath all day like it was just old chicken so I think this will be my last time and at this Popeyes

No inside service at this location. I went to the drive thru and placed my order which was the 8 pc breaded shrimp, one side and biscuit.For condiments- I asked for cocktail sause BUT they were out so I requested tartar sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper and butter. I didnt receive any tartar sauce and only 2 ketchup, salt pepper, 2 butter and one napkinFood was fresh, taste great but they need to work on the order request better and keep stocked properly at this location- I was lucky enough to find to packets of tartar sauce in my driver door storage so i could make a sause up for the shrimp...

Have always had positive experiences here, but today I got there at 10:50 a.m., and an automated message at drive-thru speaker said they were closed. The sign at their door as I drove around to drive thru, read they open at 10:30 a.m. Ended up having to get my chicken sandwich at Wendy's, which displeased me.

The drive thru took extra long getting to place orders not sure if it was just short on staff this day or if it is always this way but it was OK other than that the food was hot and fresh.

(-5 stars if I could)Short: Placed online pick up order, went inside to pick up per signs on resturaunts doors (obviously the doors were unlocked), a male employee repeatedly SCREAMED at me "FRONT SERVICE IS CLOSED" without offering any explaination and showed the abysmal customer service this location has.Full: Placed an online order, got into drive thru lane, noticed large signs on Front doors that read "No Front Serice Pick Up Only". So I went inside, a woman immediately looked confused and calmly said "Front is closed", I responded" Oh I know, I have a pick up", then the african american gentleman packing orders behind the front desk SCREAMS "WE ARE CLOSED" I resond" Even for pick ups?" he replies screaming still "WE ARE CLOSED". Frustrated that no one is listening I respond with "Well then take down the sign that says pick ups online and lock the front door". I return to my car in tears, I call the store and asked to speak to a manager the woman claimed she was one. So I explained the situation, with her consistenly interjecting that they are closed finally she hears the question I had been asking and responds with "It is closed due to COVID". Alright I get it, COVID has messed up a lot. So then I wanted to discuss the fact that her employee screamed at me for no reason, she then hung up on me mid sentence. I immediately called back more stressed out and crying again, a male answers and he claims to be a manager too. So I had to set the expectation that managers cannot hang up on their customers, I began to tell him the situation. He interjects constantly with "The front is closed" "It is Closed" without giving me COVID as a reason. Again at this point I am trying to address that fact thei employee SCREAMED AT ME FOR NO REASON! The male "manager" then says "Well you are yelling at me", I was crying as I was trying to have this conversation, you can hear my voice crackling, and it has been very clear that no one gave a damn. After I brought up the fact that I was calm and was never rude to any employees there he responded with "They explained it to you 4 times", NO THEY MADE THE STATEMENT "THE FRONT IS CLOSED" THEY NEVER EXPLAINED ANYTHING! After repeatedly bringing up the fact that the doors themselves say "Open for pick up" and that the doors were unlocked I knew these "managers" didnt care, so I asked for the store number and ended the conversation. I do not know the name of the male employee who repeatedly screamed at me since he never turned around to face me or have a civil conversation. Will NEVER return to this location and hope to see disiplanary action taken.

Its a small area to maneuver your car through. The also forgot a larger portion of my food, but when I called they had it ready for me and they were really nice as well as apologized for their mistake. They are currently on drive-thru even if you order online or through the app.

Most overpriced fast food meal I’ve ever gotten. Ordered a 2 piece chicken (not the combo), 5 piece blackened tenders (not combo) and a large side. They rung me out at $20.50, didn’t have the blackened ranch sauce either but they did have an attitude when asked about the $11.20 price for the blackened tenders. Very disappointing

This location is a joke. Worst customer service I've encountered at any fast food chain. I have given this location a chance 4 times. Have been told twice that they are out of chicken and have even encountered no response in the drive through at 8 in the afternoon. The only time that i actually got my food, the order was not only wrong but it was also dried out from sitting under a heat lamp for whoever knows how long.... Never visiting this location again.

Popeyes. Somehow always delivers such delicious chicken and distasteful customer service. Long lines, borderline unfriendly clerks, out of food items, but damn good chicken.
