Service was fast and friendly. Pricing is reasonable. This is chicken with a bit of twang! It was good. Some may say just a little spicy but we all have different tastes. Only con I noticed was the chicken strips I got in my meal seemed to be a bit small in comparason to what I am accustomed to. Otherwise, I was totally happy with my experience here.
Absolutely horrible service. Me and my three daughters went inside to eat lunch. I noticed a sign that said no ice so I went ahead and ordered our drinks and food. The man who took my order had a very bad attitude and was very mean to the woman working with him. I paid and got our cups and went to get our drinks. Realize to the drinks were not coming out cold either in addition to no ice so I Went back up to the counter to ask for a refund for the drinks ($9 for 4 small drinks) The man was very aggravated over this. He slammed something down and went to get the lady. She yelled “NEXT TIME DONT RING UP DRINKS UNLESS THEY KNOW ITS NOT COLD!!!” He yelled back “OKAY!!!” She yelled “ I can’t even do it if they paid with a card!!” He yells back (they are literally standing like 3 feet away from each other) “I KNOW!!! She used cash!!!” So she comes over all mad. She wants me to dig in my purse (I just threw the change in my purse) and give her my change he gave me back so she can figure out what she owes me. I said just give me $9. She said “can’t do it that way!!” I was annoyed at this point. We were arguing back and forth. I was not about to hand her more money for her to give me my change? She slams the cash register closed stomps away and comes around the counter and goes in her office and slams the door. So I’m just standing there waiting. She comes out a few minutes later slams my nine dollars on the counter and walks away. I was livid. I can’t believe they operate like this. This used to be mine and my kids favorite place to eat. Not anymore. I’ll never go here again.Disrespectful rude obnoxious angry mean people.
I had to use the drive thru because the dining room was closed, fine. But there were 4 cars in front of me and it took about 10 minutes to place an order, another 15-20 to get to the window, them I'm told my sandwiches are "made-to-order" and it would be at least 10 more minutes. Really!? I've already waited more than that long. Then, as I'm waiting in the parking lot ( for more like 15) the crew is laughing it up, having a great time doing nothing. I'll never go here again.
Don't waste your time with this location. They always claim to be short staffed and have the dining room closed. I counted 7 people in the building, most of them just standing around talking. One was vaping in the building. They gave me the wrong order after telling me to pull around to the front. Then forgot half my order when they brought out the right food after 45 minutes of waiting. This location just needs to close.Edit: Some of the chicken was raw.
WOW in the area and stopped to eat. The chicken sandwich was limp and not fresh. Under cooked and hazard to all. Will not return to loserville.
Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and bailed. Service is historically slow but today it wasn't moving. Perpetually out of ice if you do get service. 5 ⭐'s for Popeyes chicken and fish sandwiches overall but this location just can't seem to pull it off.
In my opinion Popeyes has some of the best chicken I've ever had. Love the red beans and rice. Service at Popeyes is typically on the slow side compared to fast food restaurants. This store was clean and the staff were attentive and friendly. Will I be back: yes.
Came to this location with a mobile order with a few cars in the parking lot, seven people working, and the lady at the drive through told us we couldn’t get our order fast enough and we had to come in instead because her drive through time was going to go up. That isn’t our fault, that is corporates dumb standard and it needs to stop because it doesn’t help quality, performance or retention. Don’t do app orders or take doordash if you don’t pay well enough to have the staff to keep up. This kind of thing happens no matter which location I have went to.
Make sure you check your order before you leave otherwise you'll end up with whatever they decide to give you instead of what you ordered
Can't count how many times orders we're wrong. Got wise and thoroughly checked the order befor leaving . But the worst problem is when I ordered on through the website and chose the counter pick up option and got screamed at by an employee smoking outside when I tried to enter to get my food that I couldnt go in I had to wait in the drive thru line I explained the website gave me the option to pick up. He continued to scream at me ordering to get in line! Lol, I called the manager she said I had to wait in thru drive thru line. I asked why they were allowing the pick up online they needed to stop that option like they did tye dine in option. The food was unedible the other food in my car was ruined because I had to wait in a drive thru. Nevercagain will I go to this Popeyes!
