Party of 2. Stopped in for a weeknight dinner. The place was more than half full but not crowded. It took a few minutes for a host to acknowledge us at the check in desk. After we were seated it took over 15 minutes for the waiter to stop at our table. We were actually getting ready to leave to go to Chuy's instead when the waiter arrived and apologized for the delay. He took our drink and food orders. The food came out within a reasonable amount of time but the two beers did not arrive until after the salad. That said, we enjoyed our food and beer choices. I recommend the food but the service part needs to be a little more attentive across the board.

I usually enjoy Pies and Pints at our local store in Columbus Ohio. But my husband and I just experienced the worst service at the Cincinnati location. We were seated promptly behind another party, who’s order was taken, and while we had only our water, watched as they received not only their drinks, but salads and we had yet to even be asked our food order. Meanwhile our server just kept walking back-and-forth at a quick pace past our table too fast for us to catch her, it seemed intentional. We finally decided to leave after she cashed out another table without taking our order. And when we complained to the “manager” Luke he offered only the excuse that they were in a rush. While I respect that argument, the fact that others who entered with us had been served, made that hard to swallow. Terrible.

Great experience both times ive been here. Lots of beverage options and lots of different pizza optionsWould reccommend this place to my friends

I've been going to Pies and Pints for years as they started in Fayette, West Virginia. Every location is great and has some of the best pizza and you definitely have to try the wings. Always a good selection of craft beer as well.

After having been to this Pies &Pints 20 or 30 times I'd have to say it's pretty good, when you make it for happy hour. Most of the time the beer selection is amazing, you can always find at least 2 or 3 beers you enjoy on tap. Food wise the pizza is good and the sandwiches are great. The appetizers hold their weight and are of good value. The restaurant has always been clean and 99% of the staff is very friendly. Great location as well.

Wonderful server, if I remember correctly his name was Taylor. Even though it looked as if they were understaffed he was doing his best. Definitely earned his big tip!

We went after the game around 8:30pm, greeted and seated by a young woman who was extremely nice. We decided to move to the bar which is where we met Joe and he was new there but customer service was his number one priority as he explained to us the different drafts they had available. The food we ordered was delicious and very fresh. Kudos to the staff!

The staff was very friendly and the beer selection excellent. We didn't try pizza but did have two apps. The nachos were good but not great. The pork on them was excellent but there wasn't enough toppings... Too many empty chips. The grilled wings were top notch. You can find good fried wings lots of places but not grilled. So finding good grilled is a great bonus. Overall, we'll be back to try the pizza.

Horrible experience went there for my birthday dinner with a family of five on a monday afternoon. One other group seated in the back and maybe 3-4 people in the front bar area.We waited over 10 minutes at our table for NOBODY to stop by and get a drink order. Nada... Nothing... Nobody. Servers/staff milling about and all 6'05" of me looking around for service with no response. As we got up to leave, one of the servers even said "thanks for coming"...Oblivious.Don't bother with this place.

Everything about this place is about execution. Food service 10/10 would visit again. I walked in randomly, so happy I did. I’m a critical person, this was delightful.
