The food was fresh and served hot. They have a summer drink it is great. Not to sugary. I loved that they cooked my salmon to order. It was tasty and you can add other things from the bar if you want?. I had the pesto bowl
UPDATE 7/20/22: order placed 5:11pm, promised 5:30pm, received 5:41pm. Staff is very nice about it though. They know it’s not going well operationally - seems to be on the upper management.UPDATE: reordered and got it made correctly. Also, bringing it down a star since they are 14 minutes late in delivering my order, I ordered 29 minutes ago.ORIGINAL: Good food but not consistent. Here is the description of what I mobile ordered: “Three grass-fed beef meatballs rolled with Italian breadcrumbs and topped with pomodoro sauce and parmesan.” Nothing but meatball. Would like a refund. No refund received.
I have been to Piada a few times and will be back! The staff was very fun and friendly and there is great food selection.The layout is similar to a chipotle, and it is a very nice building.We had a going-away party there and brought some balloons. The girls out front were very helpful and fun to talk to, despite us taking a long time to order ?I recommend the Penne Carbonara with Salmon and Olives. It is hard to find something -that- specific and made to order while you wait.Follow-upI went back a few weeks later and I needed to reprint a receipt from my previous visit. The cashier was very quick to help despite it being a long line! She stepped away and stepped back without missing a beat.I did not get her name, but I appreciated her taking my request seriously. She let me know that she would need to get the attention of her manager once she was off a phone call.Shauna, who is the manager, was able to take care of this very quickly as soon as she got off her phone call. I wrote down some details about my transaction, and she was able to look it up after the register cleared.Again, it was very busy and I was impressed with Shauna's agility between requests. Between her, the cashier, and the server up front, they made great team work and showed a strong sense of making solutions.I appreciate what you do and hope to see you soon!
This was good! Checked this place out for the first time so have nothing to compare it to??… all I know is….it was very tasty and delicious! Service was great and order made as requested. Menu small and straight to the point. I did add chicken to my roll. ❤️?
Piada was great! The staff was super friendly, the restaurant was clean and the portions were large. The food was fresher than I was expecting and even though it was described as "Chipotle for pasta", the pre-built menu items were great and I highly recommend.
Placed an order through DoorDash and called Piada to see if it had been picked up by the Dasher since it had been running late. The women I spoke to (who claimed to be the manager) said the Dasher had already picked it up (app said otherwise). I then kindly asked her what order the Dasher picked up and she said “we don’t know we just make the food” so then I proceeded to ask what food they made so that I could confirm it was ours . I then heard her speak to a coworker and overheard them say “just put them on hold for 5 minutes” - I was out on hold for 15 minutes and nobody ever picked back up. The Dasher eventually made it there according to all (originally it had never been picked up) and as he arrived to Piada the order got canceled. I then called again and she yelled at me for “not understanding”. All I asked was to be updated on our food order. It’s not even about the food but the wait, the hold, and the lying. Great manager selection on Piadas end.
0 stars if possible, coming as a former employee of the Piada group ending my tenure in 2019 I was excited to see they put one in near my college home. I ordered a blt, piada portions were completely wrong. I continued to ask her for the proper portion of pancetta and the employee helping me picked out the smallest pieces and crushed them ignoring my request. At the time of checking out she over charged me for my food ringing me out for completely wrong items. I will not be returning to this location
I’ve been to other Piada locations and have typically had a great experience.This location is an absolute disaster. With a pickup time of 8:15, we waited around until 8:45 with about a dozen other customers who ordered online (most of who were there before us).The ladies working put out literally one order in that thirty minute span. One was sitting up on the shelf where the food goes kicking her legs and gossiping. The state of the kitchen was pretty nasty, especially considering the location is new.
I went into piada today around 12:45pm and there was a decent lunch rush. The team that was working did amazing ! I was so impressed with communication between them and the kitchen. Not only that, but after the kitchen served the meat other employees yelled thank you/great job to them. It was super refreshing to see a food place praise each other for doing well! Keep it up you guys !
I had ordered a carbonara i did not ask for steak and when asking for it to be removed multiple times, nobody removed it. I originally asked for it with salmon and the salmon was cold and under cooked. I know it’s a new place but the custom service was not the best.
