Ordered over $400 in catering for our Team work event. The food was delivered on time and was more than what we expected, everyone was beyond happy with the meal as most of our Team flew in from New York and the UK had never had Piada before. Ben delivered our food and was extremely nice and very accommodating. Thank you so much, everything was delicious and exceeded any expectations.
The regular portion size was enough for my husband and I to share. The veggie was so fresh, and crispy. The alfredo was creamy and rich.The chefs favorite wrap was nice, the sauce was rich with the right amount of spicy
Just stopped in and had the best service tonight by Warren! He made a remarkable wrap and despite having a short staff and being close to closing they made sure our food was served quickly and with skill. Thanks to him and the team
I come to this restaurant at least three times a week and have never been treated with such disregard. Not sure what the girls name is but she’s extremely skinny and has a really long braid with a headband, she shorted me on the grilled chicken that I requested in my bowl, I also asked for chives and she got a little snarky turned around and said something to her coworker, and then overcharged me for a scoop of chicken on a regular bowl when I was given one scoop instead of two. I may not be coming back to this facility if Sally Sue is the one working on the line. Not to mention there was a line of people and she was more concerned about her cell phone while also ringing people out and not changing both of the gloves she had on her hand. I’m extremely upset! They need a better crew. All this pandemic mess and she was not sanitary at all!! Unacceptable service
I stood at the counter for 30 mins. I was asked for order conformation that I didnt have but I had a snap shot of my card,my name and I knew what the order was. Only to be told by the supervisor she had to do the refund online... do better

I'm from Louisiana visiting for work. I can surely say i was not quite used to the "bland" cooking styles from around the area. I went here and they impressed. Loved it here taste better then home food. Definitely recommending if u like italian food!

First time trying Piada and it was absolutely delicious. The Avocado Piada is probably one of my new favorite foods. The store had a nice ambiance for a fast casual place, pristine and clean as well. They were very busy when we came and the 3 employees were professional, nice, and hard working. Especially during a busy dinner rush.
The staff here is always friendly and efficient. Recently I went to pick up an order that I had placed via their app and a doordasher had accidentally snagged it (my name was really close to another order on the shelf). They quickly realized I was waiting for an order to be complete and asked how they could help--then confirming that a doordasher had indeed taken my order already. They immediately remade the order and gave it to me after they realized the confusion that had occurred. The staff seemed to be really jiving--everyone was asking how they could help each other to make sure they kept up with online orders and foot traffic. I always appreciate going into a store and seeing teamwork, quality service, and friendliness.
