The bùn was very tasty, the chicken was grilled to perfection. The vegan rolls were also very good and in good size. The only thing I would suggest them it’s that for restaurants, a warm greeting or a friendly and attentive reception makes all the difference for a customer experience, otherwise guests will want to go somewhere else. I think that was lacking today when we first entered the restaurant. Other than that, great food! Our waitress was nice and attentive as well.

Stopped by yesterday evening and had the 4 protein Pho with the tripe. It was delicious, broth was savory. Great atmosphere, will definitely be back next time I'm in town!
Not good, not bad, but definitely a Vietnamese fusion not Vietnamese authenticity. The best menu is the grilled pork bánh mì. Phở here is too much of a fusion but it tastes ok. My critical Vietnamese tastebud from Hà Nội can’t take phở here. The dipping sauce for rolls and sauce for bún thịt nướng is decent but will be much better if it’s less sweet.
Well well well.... what do we have here? An amazing space full of wonder, delicious Pho and cripsy rolls of joy! I stopped in today for 'Saigon Phi Daklak' which is their dark roast ground coffee. I was elated to see the changes, spacious decor and pops of color! I can't wait to bring family and friends to visit! The dining room is open Tuesday -Saturday from 11a-4pm so get here early!
Cannot say how good the Banh mi was. Exceptional. Located in a busy street with street parking. The whole area was great for shopping. Parking might be a pain. Coming to the food, we got 1. Cha Gio (4/5) 2 fried spring rolls. The liquid sauce was very nice. 2. Chao Ga (5/5) it was very nice. A must try. 3. Poached chicken Salad (4/5) The crunchy stuff at the bottom was a bit hard and the salad had a pickling flavor to it. It was presented well. 4. Got the Pho Bo (5/5) great flavor and the add ons elevated the dish. Be careful the jalapeños are super spicy. 5. Banh Mi Dac Biet (5/5) Fantastic flavor. The moment you walk into the restaurant you can smell the aroma. The staff were friendly and polite. I would make a reservation if you are going during rush hour. A must visit place.
The pho was amazing! It gets kinda busy, I would call ahead.
