Great place the manager and my son were cracking me up we'll return
If I could give this place a 0 I would. The manager was rude, the sandwiches where wrong, and they didn't give us fresh fires normally they drop them in front of you and they didnt.I won't ever be coming back here again. There is no excuse for the MANAGER of all people to be rude and have no customer service skills.
Ate here Saturday with my brother. We are both unwell, although he is worse. We each had a Chicken Philly, and I can't help but wonder if the meat was off, stored improperly, or uncooked. Very disappointing, should have trusted previous reviews.
I had the chicken Parmesan and it was the worst tasting sandwich I have ever gotten from Penn Station. The fries where good, and everything was hot. But I could not eat the sandwich

Never really get exactly what I order. Also doesn’t seem to have any sort of set portions. Even if I order extra meat I don’t get much. Ask for light onions and they give you extra. Cold fries with a pickup order. Doesn’t seem to be well managed
This location is TERRIBLE!!!! nobody ever is at the drive through window. I have tried to order online several times and I get there and they act like I'm speaking another language when I ask for order.It's a bunch of kids with no adults, blasting music and not wearing mask or gloves while making orders. I use to bring my entire team here and spend hundreds of dollars a week but never again. They don't value the business and need an adult to manage them. I have never been so disappointed
Popped in during the dinner rush on a Sunday, so I brought it on myself...These poor guys were slammed. They had a normal amount of customers, plus Uber/DD, etc.I was greeted immediately, and my order was taken right away. I waited a little over twenty minutes for my meal, which was very fair considering how busy they were. Despite that, I got good service, and when I got it home (ten minutes later) it was still scorching hot. Keep up the good work folks!
Miserable.It’s become one of those places where they want every customer to leave right when they walk in.Like they joke about being closed or say “it’s a 30 minute wait” because they hope you turn around.They told me it would be 30 minutes before I even walked through the door and there were only 6 people inside already sitting down.Everyone there should be fired.Clean houseThe staff is miserable.
