Cheese steak subs were tasty, however the meat portions on one sub of 2 was under portioned quantity.Just check your sandwich quality if your are getting it to go until they properly retrain their staff.Friendly employees and good sandwiches.
Food -slappin'! Everything was piping hot ? My cheesesteak was very well seasoned. The meat was not overcooked. The banana peppers were everything; so much flavor on every bite. My bread wasn't over toasted (which I hate).The store was clean and the service was friendly. Never saw the mgr. only the teenage crew members. They didn't really put much forth in hustling to get orders out; but they did their job.I love their lemonade, but on this visit, it was a little watered down. I ended up mixing with fruit punch to add a bit more flavor -banging!! ?Food took forever, but well worth the wait. Thosel who ordered through DD had an even longer wait, as their was a glitch with their system retrieving orders. I witnessed a few ppl walk out because if the lengthy wait. There were three crew members this day during lunch rush.Two stars for the wait; five for the food and service.
Dirty dirty dirty. The cashier handed me my cup WITH HER FINGERS IN THE CUP. UMMMMMM? She handles money and there is a pandemic! Dirty...not going back. I want to live.
Fast and flexible staff with excellent customer service, was in and out within 10 minutes of placing my order, the food was cooked perfectly and to my orders request. Will definitely be doing business again and highly recommend this location for future orders
Multigrain bread was excellent on chicken teriyaki sandwich, fries where really fresh and hot ? ? store was extremely busy, (lunch time on a friday afternoon) but employees were working and communicating together and moving through customers orders quickly and professionally. Congratulations Staff ? ?

Tried them out for a change of pace from my usual lunch places. For me, they’re comparable to a DeAngelo’s. The staff was polite, friendly and attentive. The steak sandwich was decent. The Chicken Parm not so much. They did push the “fresh” fries and lemonade options.
Food and fries were made fresh and brought to our table I really loved the very good Customer service we got and It was a very friendly atmosphere

I have had two issues with this place.....one I had a hair in my sub.... second issue .... I did an online order....paid for it .......the store claims they never got the order......NEVER AGAIN
