Im not usually one to complain but after the 5th time trying to order from this location i feel the need. Its impossible to call ahead an order for pick up.. They put you on hold and leave you on hold till you finally hang up! No matter the time of day!! Management, if any even exist there, needs replaced ASAP!! Dont get me wrong the food is always good cause of the followed recipes etc... But the staff an service is a straight ridiculous disappointment
Was informed that they do not serve local first responders. Was told that the officer was told to leave the store that they do not serve police. Disrespectful the staff from tonight should be let go for refusing service and discrimination against an individual
So far every visit has had great customer service provided to me and my family. No matter the time of day, lunchtime or dinnertime the great customer service never change.
Food was great, service was not so much...Place was fairly busy for 6pm. Confusion reigned on the grill, my food came correct, others did not...

Philly cheese steak and pizza subs were delicious! Fries are always hot and fresh.
Waited approx 27 min to receive my food with only 4 people ahead. Understaffed to say the least. Customer service was average. Food was good, cleanliness was subpar but most likely due to understaffing.

The folks that work here are great, I always like coming here. They are friendly and helpful, even when they are bust. And the food is always right.
