I moved to Tampa 3mos ago and just visited Cincinnati over the weekend which is my hometown. I couldn't wait to get home to see my family and grab a penn station east coast sub.
Why is it that you buy a large sandwich and get 3/4 of the meat on it? ? (The tips are empty like I'm paying for someone else's lunch or dinner.) Fries are not what they used to be...
They forgot about my order. Mistakes happen, not a big deal. I ordered online, people walked in 20 minutes after I had been waiting and were getting orders before me. 40 minutes after waiting I went up to ask about it and found that it had been sitting behind the cashier for most of the time. He handed me the sandwich and I asked where my French fries were. The cashier’s response was, very loudly, “Fuck you.”The manager didn’t hear it, but I asked him for my money back. I told him I don’t deserve to be cussed at. His response was, “We’re really busy. Have a nice day.” Hopefully, they don’t get busy too often.
Food very good. A little unfriendly on the day I visited. Overall, pretty clean
Very bad service .. there is a white woman who does not pay attention to details .. all she says she can’t hear .. pretty rude .. also very disorganized. She is definitely not enjoying the job she is doing and it is very clear from her expression. She could be having some other issues that is affecting her work .. but she is producing a bad impression on the rest of the workers .. the manager needs to step in and she was also not wearing mask .. I will stay away from this place
I ordered pick-up and it was ready right on time, fresh and hot. Great service!
Best penn station in town. Service and food is great.
