I went and not feeling so well, I had just had surgery and I really wanted Penn station so I called ahead and ventured in Cast & all to get my food. Not only was the food delicious, Hot, and perfectly made. I especially appreciated the great attitude of the guy who took my order, Zack. I went and feeling not so good and walked out feeling happy because of his great attitude that was totally contagious. Thank you Zack, I needed that, just to see someone working with a good attitude these days it’s hard to find.
This penn station has been here for as long as i can remember. Im absolutely happy and thankful for the customer service and quality of the food all the time. i really found their new cups drinking cups are plastic now. A nice change when since they use paper for most of the products. Glad to see that they still are relevant and delicious. I really would like to know more about the weekly or daily specials thats i now have started to notice on the menu. So is it gonna ahve specials on sandwiches or raps?
Ordered online. Friendly staff. Order was correct. Sandwich was super delicious! Will definitely return to this location.

Eh. Kind of a subpar experience here. Not what I hope for when I drop $17 for a sub and fries. They left the tomatoes and banana peppers off my Italian, and just put a ton of lettuce on instead. I'll go to Clifton PS next time. They do a better job.
Its ok, but im a big guy and my wife got me the WHOLE sandwich, and i was like...wheres the rest of it. Had a philly steak, needed a lil mo philly. Hitting up jersey mikes.
Food was hot and delicious as always, and the employees had a good disposition. You could tell they enjoy their job .
Never a dull moment at this Penn Station. Tip top service and staff. Clean surroundings.
Haven't been here in quite a long time good service got me a Philly cheese steak and fries fries were nice and hot
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is we ordered ahead and was told 10 minutes. We arrived and still waited about 30 minutes. They were obviously very under staffed. Food was good!
