Food was excellent. Great fries and friendly workers. Will eat here again

Felicia treated me very poorly at the register when I asked what I was being charged for when you can even see on the screen what you paid for, and the general manager Bryan didn't come tell her to stop yelling at me after I paid alot of money for food and the service! I am no longer interested in this penstation downtown! This expensive restaurant and their services is unprofessional and rude! And their fries is below the surface of the fry cup, and they don't care to give you what you paid for! They advertise fries is a lie! I'm not happy at all and I should have left after the way I was treated by Felicia and the way the general manager did not handle it nor didn't care! but my kids was hungry at home..., and that's the only reason I paid for it...! And was not happy when I went home!

Delicious Philly as always but a little on the small side at this location.
Just the other day when me and my fiance and our daughter went to Penn station I had the small Philly steak and cheese my fiance had the extra large Philly steak and cheese with fries we really enjoyed the Philly steak sandwiches ......... My fiance is taking me to Penn station a few times and I've enjoyed every time I have went to Penn station before that I had never been to Penn station but the food is amazing especially when it comes right out and it's extremely hot it was really amazing there was only a couple error issues that they made especially with my debit card and the transaction but it'll all work itself out but other than that the food is excellent

Very friendly employees this evening ! Sandwiches were great. The $6 large fries could have been a little larger… bless the customers with those fries !!
