got a scoop of ice cream with cookie dough. 10/10 recommend. the employees are also super nice and go above and beyond.
The strawberry ice cream was extremely good, the ice cream dough was good but I couldn’t eat it all fr
Their java whip is excellent. Think affogato, but well mixed. I usually mix mine anyways, so it saved me a step! I had plain vanilla in mine, but you can get a slew of interesting flavors, such as oatmeal chocolate chip (i.e. cookie dough). Staff was very friendly and super efficient. It's like they all had three hands.
Terrible wheelchair accessibility. Random step for no reason in the middle of the place, meaning wheelchair users can't go up to the bar to order. Disappointed to see that a somewhat new business completely ignores ADA guidelines like that.
this place is weird - stay away. that is unless you like cold flavorless dairy with nauseating decor, then this place is for you!during our visit the staff was totally frazzled and manic (idk if they had a long day or what). the decor was a kitchen sink of (what seems like fake) vintage items that didn't make any sense and was quite off putting. kid's Disney movies were on in the background, which is fine, but there wasn't a child in sight and the place was filled with grown adults making the ambiance even more off putting.now to talk about the ice cream. its a soft serve place so i expected a swirl. the chocolate side was broken (and I guess its been broken for awhile?) so I got a vanilla. genuinely terrible ice cream. my friend got a cold brew coffee with the vanilla and it was awful. and a 'Bring Your Own Banana' Banana split?? what kind of ice cream joint is this? not to mention we all got stomach aches ~15 mins after eating here.go to Greaters - don't even think about wasting your time here.
I could not get over how incredible this place was. The staff was extremely friendly. And very patiently waiting I made on my mind. And I was very picky and very unsure. Sometimes I have pretty bad FOMO but they were patient and let me try a lot of stuff. And it was all amazing. Excellent cookie dough, excellent ice cream. Strongly recommend
My family and I moved to the Pendleton neighborhood a few years ago. We've watched several fun restaurant/bars move into the area over the past two years. One thing was missing- a fun dessert spot. That's been solved.Pendleton Parlor brings fun + sweets together in this little corner year round ice cream shop (aka creamy whip). I have to admit, I was skeptical of an ice cream place opening in late fall in Cincinnati. Cincy chilly falls and winters and ice cream doesn't seem like a good combo. But no matter, this place delivers, even in the cold. First of all, it's just a fun place and great location. Right across from Chx/3Points on Broadway street, the store is decorated with old, eclectic statues, toys and other items you might find in a museum of pop culture. On to the ice cream- I ordered my classic chocolate and peanut butter Sunday with hot fudge. If an ice cream parlor can't do this right...we're done. Fortunately, they nailed it! They smashed the peanut butter into the chelate ice cream and smothered it with hot fudge, whip cream nuts and a cherry. Two YUMS wayyy up!The soft serve concept is simple but can be done multiple different ways. The toppings and syrups create a ton of varieties and the nice staff is more than ready to accommodate. My daughter ordered an affogato (an ice cream, dough drink concoction). Yes, she let me have a bite. It was a delicious mix of flavors!Surprisingly, there was a steady steam of customers coming through, even at the late hour. I can't imagine how packed this place will be once the winter thaw arrives. Another GREAT addition to the Pendleton food scene. We'll be regulars.
Best place to get ice cream in Cincinnati! ? the owner is a really humble, and down to earth guy!
Unfortunate to hear that credit card tips are not given to the employees, but instead to the owners to help their bottom line. This is illegal wage theft and unfortunate employees have not yet reported this. Will no longer be supporting this business.
Frequented the Old Milford location when I was in the suburbs, but The Pendleton location is great too!
