Someone I eat with regularly wants to eat here. EVERY Time, there is no one at the counter, and the Kiosk malfunctions, says "oops, something went wrong." It's SOOOOOO infuriating." If I had my choice, I'd never visit this location. I guess I'm going through the drive through to get my order, then going inside to eat from now on. Oh yeah, there is no one at the counter ever , so its interrupting happy time to try and actually order with a real person. I have ZERO issues normally with a kiosk or checking myself out, their system here is just complete garbage. This is at least the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. If you don't want Dine in, then just close it. It's a joke.

Love this location! It’s been updated and the inside is so nice. I go here often and tell friends about how much I like it. Great place to work remotely or sit and have a bagel before going to work.

This place is really a joke, I went there knowing how they will again do what they are good at doing. First of all, my company has ordered from this store and we have them forget a bunch of thing. So big orders are not the best for this place, they will mess it up!!!!I get on here with my friend, on the drive through, we ask for a half salad of the Goddess cobb with chicken and a full tuna sandwich, we made sure to repeat this order while still on the drive thru. we get on the window, the guy on there charges us for a full sandwich and a full salad; DUDE DO YOU KNOW MY BUDGET???? Like what? and then he says that he charged for the right amount, that the receipt was badly printed!!!! LIKE WHAT???Whoever is managing this place, get your life together!!!! Sit down your employees and show them what to do, unless you personally don't know what to do!!!I am never coming back and my company won't order from you anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck losing more customers with your poor customer service!!!

Laughable. Overpriced hospital food. Waited 25 minutes for a grilled cheese, tomato soup, and turkey sandwich. Nobody at front counter to take order, have to order from kiosks. Had a reward for a FREE Bearclaw, yet it still charged me 99 cents. Oh yeah, and once i finally got my food, I had to scarf it down since I only had 10 min left of my lunch break not realizing they didn't even give me the bear claw. Alex the general manager reached out to me regarding my unpleasant visit and tried to come up with any excuse he can on why it was MY fault that the visit didn't go well, that I MYSELF need to coordinate more time into my lunch break?? (When I only get an hour?!) This type of self centered behavior is exactly WHY you have a labor shortage, nobody wants to work for company that treats people like this. Do better.

Terrible customer service found a hair in my salad and the employee tried to argue with me after the assistant manager saw it. It was a long black stringy hair I have red braids in my hair. Two other people were waiting at the cash register and didn’t receive any help and walked out. I use to be a manager at Panera and this is terrible service and below Panera standards

I dined in. Not having to speak to someone to place my order meant that there were more employees walking around to ensure the place was clean and well stocked and more people to focus on preparing my meal which was really surprisingly good. I loved the quiet atmosphere and modern space inside. Only thing i’d recommend is having hand sanitizer available by the tablets you use to place your order.

Slow. No one at the register, we had to hust someone down from service window. They said we had to order through the kiosk. We did that , but then said we ould pay cash that way. So he said he would take our order at the register in a minute. They were all on there cell phones. Such a shame, great location, the service in the past was great. Now they are not helpful and are often out of items.

After paying cash at the drive thru, I was shocked when the girl I handed my cash to also went and touched my food without changing her gloves. When I confronted her and said that’s nasty she said “ok” and closed the window. I waved her back and she opened it. “I can’t accept this, I don’t rub cash all over my food and that’s basically what you just did!” She asked me what I wanted to do. Umm take it back and make it right. Wash your hands and change your gloves. She was so rude, went in the back corner and complained to her co-workers. They were all looking at me. She never apologized. Another guy made my order right but she was so rude and made me feel in the wrong, her sassy body language and tone of voice went a long way. You just don’t do that to customers on top of this instance being nasty.

I hate posting negative reviews, but this location is awful. No matter what time of day you go there's next to no one there staff wise. And who is there is unfortunately quite rude.I also work in customer service so I understand how staffing and everything is struggling, but this location seems to truly not care.
