This place was once the most friendly mist professional place in town. It's changing the guy that took my order just stood there and stared at me until I ask him was he ready. Everyone isn't made for customer service I wish more managers would realize that before they hire help.
Such good food and service. I also work here ? stop by for a delicious meal anytime ? except when we're closed of course.
So the customer service is great. Everything is great, the only reason I’m writing this is because the expensive chefs chicken sandwiches are not only expensive, but they suck. They taste frozen… but their flat breads are A1.
I can see why a lot of places are having to shut down. The customer service at the vast majority of restaurants restaurants sucks, and businessesare suffering because of it. Most places are now being ran by incompetent teenagers or people with childish mentalities/behaviors who I wouldn't trust to watch my goldfish. This Panera Bread is no different, I used to love coming to this place, now it has fallen just like the rest of the restaurants around town. I wont be coming back...
Just left the drive through and was given cold oatmeal….an awesome start to my day after a great workout.
Sandwich was cold in the middle. Customer service was not up to par with other restaurants (didn’t say hello or thank you.) portions are small for what you pay for. I don’t go to Panera often and on the occasions that I do I’m reminded of why I don’t really like this place. Also I wish you had more veggie sandwich options other than cheese ones.
Received my order of the chipotle flatbread pizza no bacon and they put bacon on it. Came back to get my order fixed it was truly an upset.Choose elsewhere so you want get sick from this particular locationWill not be returning
Great place, had one bad experience and the kind manager made up for it. I personally love the tuna salad sandwich, chicken and wild rice soup, and their baguettes. Just know that at any Panera location the baguettes can be cold and stale depending on if they just made them. Altogether, though, great place.
Our online order was wrong but we didn't notice until we got it home. It was missing items and some items were replaced with subpar substitutes.We called the store and the person that answered only said "Yeah?"She was later identified as the manager.She did not offer to fix or replace the missing and incorrect items. When asked how we rectify this, she said call corporate...Go somewhere else- they do not deserve your business
I recently went to this panera. I am severely allergic to nuts and tree nuts. I asked for a Greek salad and specifically told them that I have those allergies. When I got to my car I realized that they had put almonds into my salad. Thank goodness I am always aware of what I eat or else I could have died. They did remake my Salad after I brought it back in. But it was still a scary experience for me.
