I love Panera so I hate giving such a bad review, but, I was so disappointed in the service and cleanliness of this location. I understand good help is hard to come by right now but waiting for over 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter is a bit excessive.My latte was good so no worries there.However walking to the back if the store to use the restroom I was disgusted by the filthy floors were. There was garbage all over the floors next to the drinks as well as the bathroom being gross. The paper towels were on top of the dispenser instead of actually being inside of it.Overall I was very disappointed and embarrassed that I had a client meet me here. I expect better from Panera.
Not sure who runs this place or if there’s any sort of supervision. Got my food and shortly after someone else walked in and waited in line for over 5 minutes, meanwhile everyone working was in the back screaming and laughing to the point the man had to walk back behind the counter to the kitchen and yell back if anyone was going to take his order. It then took them another 5 minutes to come back to front to help the poor guy. Food was overpriced for what it is and I’ve never seen a more dirty location.
I love this Panera! Everyone is so nice and helpful.My favorite drink is the blueberry peach almond milk smoothie. Highly recommend.The place is always clean and speedy.Plenty of room to park.
Food was good. A lot of deferred maintenance and filthy. $30 for 2 people. I can go to Cheesecake factory for a better experience at that price. Panera is a family favorite and this location was disappointing.
A place that charges $11.30 for a bowl of soup, fountain drink and a small apple should not be absolutely filthy. I love Panera but the Kenwood location needs an inspection. DON'T stop here!
Our pickup delivery was in a taped bag, labeled and ready to go in minutes of placing our online order. I wanted to try something different instead of my normal fave, Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. So we ordered the Citrus Asian Crunch Salad with Chicken. The salad was fresh, flavorful, with a delightful crunch and seasoned moist chicken. We will definitely try it again!

Check your food for foreign objects. Found shredded paper in my sandwich. ? Thought it was onion skin at first, but turns out it was paper, probably produce label or wrapper. Manager offered to remake sandwich, but at that point I no longer trust their sanitation.
Stood in line waiting for 15-20 min never took my order while I watched 2 people count the drawer ! I never knew counting the drawer was more important than taking care of customers! I understand there is a help shortage but that is not acceptable!
This is probably one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. The floors were disgusting, the trash cans were filthy, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, and the ceiling tiles were brown. The girl working the register was really unfriendly and just overall rude. If you’ve worked in the food industry you know these are all red flags. I have no idea how they pass inspections. It’s definitely worth the extra few miles to go to a different location.
