Tried ordering from this location twice to receive a bread and cheese sandwich with a small amount of tuna… Two times now. Reaching out to customer support gets you absolutely no where. Do not order from this restaurant they will not follow directions. Ex: asked for no tomatoes. Customer service is awful. You expect what you pay for. Overpriced and poor quality. Choose a different Panera if you can!!!

I like the green dairy free smoothie here

This place is hard for me to decide on. The environment is good but it's a soup and sandwhich place. It's a bit pricey for soup and sandwhich . Have to pay the rent somewhow I guess.

Panera has really fallen in the last couple years. They only had 2 soups (tomato and french onion). The french onion was salty, the croutons were soggy, and cheese was not broiled. Had to pick half sandwich multiple times because "we're out of that".Also, could not find a table with an outlet to plug in laptop. We met at Panera so I could help her with open enrollment.A newly remodeled McDonald's would have been better and cheaper.

I like everything in here. Everybody is very nice.

Good atmosphere. A bit pricey

Ordered for a group of 30 people and the catering services were impressive. Everything was fresh and delish ?

Food and coffee were not hot, warm at best. Thank goodness, they have a microwave for the customers

I can't believe I have never reviewed this place. Many years ago this used to be a decent restaurant. As the chain got bigger, Panera prices have gotten ridiculously high and the quality/quantity has gone done. I just found out today that this is a franchise. No wonder my last few visits to this location have been mediocre and just bad. I had to drop off a package today at Fed-Ex and figured I would be lazy and go next door to Panera. I placed my family's order before I left home. BTW I wanted to use my reward for a free bowl. Surprise the website said they were all sold out of bowls. I inquired about that at the restaurant and the manager was summoned. The manager told me "They are a franchise and decided to discontinue the bowls. " I asked how can I use my reward then or can it be substituted for something else. She told me to go find a company restaurant. While waiting for my late carryout order I noticed the Chicken Teriyaki bowl on the menu. Note the menu is now not by the bakery register. I inquired about it with another employee. She came over to me and yelled "I already told me that we don't sell bowls".....Excuse me then why is it on your menu. I also asked (earlier) why their bakery never has kitchen sink cookies and were out of cookies when I placed my order and in front of me was an entire pan of Chocolate Chip cookies. She replied nastily: " I have been trying to hire people for 2 years and the kitchen sink cookies take too long to make". I doubt she is regularly updating the items on the ordering system especially cookies. I agree with other Yelper comments. They are regularly out of bagels and pastries (including muffins and scones). I don't even visit them for them anymore. I go to Big Apple bagels for muffins and Everything bagels in Eastgate for bagels. Everything bagels appreciates my business. The cherry grove Kroger still has good muffins. Not a fan of the Buskin ones in the Anderson Town center or the bulk 4-pack ones. Let me add that I scheduled our lunch. It was not there. I asked about my lunch and was told to look on the shelf. When it wasn't there I asked and was told it was the next one in line. I watched 4 other orders being made and then asked where mine was again and was told they were working on it. It was done 15 minutes late. So much for order management. They couldn't use the excuse of a backup in the restaurant because there was no one in front of me. For those that don't pay attention to prices, they rip you off on pick-2's. Most places charge the same price as the items (1/2 of each). They charge about $3 more. I was going to order a pick 2 salad and they were out of oranges but if I wanted to substitute something else it was an added fee. If you want to sub a different cheese, it is an added fee. Let me add that my encounter was with the manager and that I called Panera to let them know about my latest visit. I will not go back.

Great service. The manager here is always kind and Anna the cashier always has great recommendations. Very patient and pleasant
