Very dirty every time i go in this restaurant its food all over the tables and floors. Ive called corporate and apparently no one cares.

For the second time in a month, I was given an OLD fuji apple chicken salad with brown lettuce an nearly spoiled tomates when I went to the drive thru at Panera in Finneytown. I did not get a receipt either. I am disabled so going to the drive thru is more convenient for me at times. I should not have to accept less than fresh food just because it's sometimes difficult for me to go inside. Please do better.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PANERA. They have serious problems with their employees stealing credit card info. Turns out that the drive-thru attendant took my credit card info, made fraudulent charges at Nordstroms, and is now being investigated.

The worst customer service, I went in for the new chicken sandwich and 20 minutes later I went to check it out, they tell me the order was ready 10 minutes ago, so I was like nobody let me know and they would get the manager. He walked up looking like he just had a 420 moment looking at me with the " what do you want face " and basically told me o well, so I just walked out without turning into Karen ?

Today they got 4 stars.Last time I gave 3 because I expected the pizza to be good and it wasn't. My recommendation is stick to what you do best... Pizza is not y'all thang...

Will never come to this location again, just spent 25 dollars, and I'm highly disappointed.. I ordered a smoothie got to the car before realizing it was in my hand, not had even been made. I ordered a cinnamon roll, the first one from pan and Im watching it fall apart. It doesn't look appetizing anymore. Then I paid for extra chicken on the new Asian crunch salad and honestly looks normal. And yes I dissected the salad before writing this review. My Apple is so small that a toddler can finish it...I didn't complains because honestly, it looked as if everyone was over it. But I'm over spending money and not getting the quality I am paying for. So I just decided to review...

Location was easy. Parking wasn't too bad. Service was wonderful. Each staff member was kind, patient, and happy to serve. Will definitely be going to this location more often. Food was good and seating was plenty.

Went to Panera Bread at 8:28 order did not come out until 8:45 in the drive-thur.Blow horn they wouldn't open the window until give me the order. Young lady's inside talking ask what to so long response they don't no.

The staff here are hardworking, professional, and efficient. My online order got caught up in the system, and while waiting to get the manager (Crystal) to fix the situation, I overheard another customer complaining to her about something unrelated, which she handled with patience, professionalism, and grace. The disgruntled customer left better satisfied and Crystal fixed my order in the system within 5 minutes.

11/4/21 Drive Thru Order #1373956Go through the drive thru, receive no greeting or pleasantry just, “Panera card”? I place my order for a spinach and bacon soufflé and a pecan roll they respond “total at window”. I pull up, pay for the order, get my card back and notice they gave me a pecan braid not a roll. I inform her of this and she responds “yeah we were out of rolls so we gave you a braid”. Baffled that she thought it was appropriate to change my order absent of the intent of informing me or requesting permission, I went to respond and she had already closed the window and walked away. The cashiers name on the receipt is listed Zachary but the employee was a younger African American female with a black mask with silver sparkles on it. 3 years ago I informed you that your drive thru needed improvement and 3 years later nothing has changed. We teach people how to treat us and the lack of discipline from management results in half hearted workers that damages the reputation of your company.3 Years PriorTerrible Drive-Thru BreakfastOn multiple occasions I have received bad service during am hours in the drive-thru. Whether it’s a lukewarm sandwich that was prepared before I even pulled in the parking lot or an overcooked *crunchy* piece of sausage with burnt cheese on top—I can always count on this location to not deliver. Management has been informed, yet I receive the same experience every visit. You’d be better off getting satisfactory service at McDonald’s down the street, at least they value their job security.
