Both the place and the service were awful!! Save you a bad day start and don’t visit this panera!
Cashier customer service trouble but order was fast both cashier walked away at same time online order and pickup feature did not work. Called to check on order person who answers say they no longer do phone orders bad experience
Whenever I’ve placed an order onsite the staff is awesome, but whenever I place an online order they always seem to forget something. Whether it my sides of sauces, forks/spoons/ straws, or special order to slice my bread. This is frustrating. Today I ordered online and the delivery person didn’t bring my straw for my drink and on top of that they left my food at the front door of my business. Instructions were for them to call me and that didn’t happen. I think they contract with Door dash so maybe that’s part of the issue so maybe they need to re think using Door dash. My coworkers and I have ordered from Panera for a while now and we’re simply going to take our business elsewhere as we’ve deleted the Panera app.
Jess (I hope she isn’t really a manager) was absolutely rude and disgusting. She seemed inconvenienced by my order off the rip and just blatantly rude. She was sniffling and wiping her nose on her arm repeatedly… Honestly she looked like she was on drugs and judging by her attitude hitting withdrawal. If your sick… GO HOME. Should not be around peoples good sniffing and wiping your boogers all over yourself. (Blow your nose, wash your hands)By far the worst Panera I ever visited. Don’t even bother going into the restrooms, you’ll regret even eating at this location. (Doors don’t latch, toilet paper sitting on little garbage, toilet paper all over the floor, sink was disgusting) honestly it would be more sanitary to pee outside and use hand sanitizer.Note: receipt said Mariyah but the gentleman making food said her name was Jess
Manager yelled at an Asian couple in a really condescending way pretending like they didn’t understand English. All because they had their little dog with them, and they politely left. All the tables are dirty and feels gross eating here. The manager is always rude to customers and I have heard a handful of the employees talk about how poorly managed it is. Not worth how pricey it is especially with the bad vibes going on

This is a nice Panera. The staff is pretty cool, it is usually clean and they have pretty good food.
Its an interesting city location and the surrounding buildings are antiquated and pretty. It seems to only have street parking though and it's a fairly dated but bright interior. It is a behind bar Cane Sugar syrup location.
Loki is always working here butt off when I come in. My food is always hot and made fast and I have never had a bad experience here! Keep up the good work everyone. Thank you.
The food was great and service was pretty fast, however the restrooms are probably the worst I have ever seen, honestly how hard is it to clean a restroom?
