There was no products, 3 drink choices out of all they advertise for, customer service was horrible, no knowledge of what stock they did have left when asked, like no cares in the world or about customers. Cleanliness of store and bathroom was less to be desired. However, they claimed their stock truck was coming the next day. IDK. But with the Sip Cup discount promotion now going, it's not helping them again business.
Gross... and to top it off They were "out of" everything "for the day"... No mexican tortilla soup that I wanted , none of the lemonade... no papaya tea... the salad was soggy... just gross. I spent $70 on our lunch. The bagle was good. Oh and inwas told I couldn't order a cinnamon crunch bagel because they didn't feel like going to get one.
Are you guys just giving up. Over priced so I expect much more. Men’s room dirty, sink dirty, floor wet. Could not find a clean table. Floors in swept, dust on the table backs and the walls of the table we did find were nasty and needed a good cleaning. Employee’s on phones, one man using a broom like he was angry, one kid vacuuming with half a heart in it and a man with a beard eating on the prep line. To say I won’t be back is a understate.
I had the bacon, egg, and tomato breakfast wrap. It used to be delicious. The last 2 times I ordered the wrap it was not good quality. Once it was missing ingredients. Most recently the wrap was very hard, eggs were dry, I had a ball of greens in the middle. I will not be going to this location again.
I feel like Panera has really gone downhill over the years. I used to have lots of entree options I like, but they have all been removed and replaced with things I don't. The chipotle chicken sandwich they used to have was great. The chipotle chicken avocado sandwich I got is just kind of slimy and bland. The apples for sides are never any good either.
Ordered a turkey and avocado BLT. Requested to add white cheddar (since that was an online order option for this location). Cashier didn't say a word but when I got the receipt he had rang up American Cheese. I told the employee making the sandwich it should be cheddar. He replied they only have American. Umm, would be nice to be told that when you order. Got the sandwich and discovered they also left the bacon off the "B"LT and the turkey was two shriveled pieces. My chocolate chip cookie was hard as a rock. Needless to say it was a waste of 20 bucks and I won't be going back.
The soup was good, but the crust on the flat bread pizza was soft. It also had a heavy smokey flavor. The warm chocolate chip cookie was the best.
They made me wait 30 minutes for my order telling me it would be ready when it was ready. No once checking for me that it was at least being processes. Finally after getting visibly upset they check for me and surprise surprise the system messed up and pushed the order back an hour. I would have had to wait an hour to get my order if I didn't outwardly show I was getting irritated. Do the bare minimum at least. I give you currency and you give me food. Being busy doesn't excuse how lazy these employees were.
Did not like the turkey chili, went in at 7pm ordered 2 cinnamon crunch bagels.. rang us up. after the fact found out they were out... same thing with broccoli and cheddar soup. Found out while they were making the food. I guess I get it when they have freshly made items but communicate with each other ahead of time to prevent your customers from ordering it. I will avoid Panera late in the day.
Good restaurant for a light meal. The soups and sandwiches are always tasty and the pastries are delicious. The coffee is great, and the servers are knowledgeable and friendly.
