Last Tuesday evening we ordered from Outback and once again Nick took the extra steps to make sure our order was correct and perfect for us. He is always upbeat, positive, and is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure we are satisfied. He is one of the outstanding reasons we go to Outback a least once a week.

I usually love Outback but this particular visit wasn't the greatest. Got Ribeye (which is usually outstanding) but not so much this time. It was a terrible cut & ordered med/rare & it was overcooked. Had a great flavor but just wasn't satisfied. I didn't send it back but was just disappointed this time. Server was very friendly but very absentminded. We had to keep reminding her about drinks or things we had asked for; refills, boxes, check, etc.

Wait a long time to be seated... i have a young child and the only open area they had was high top.. we took it and glad we did. Waiter Lawrence was great. Great recommendations of drinks! Great job for the night!

Sydney B was great! Very attentive and sweet. She checked on our party of five and made sure we wanted for nothing! It's always a pleasurable dinning experience when you have a server that is willing to joke around with the family and cater to your needs. Outback needs more servers like Sydney B?

sat at the bar..service was great food was gummy!

Awful service.veg asparagus cold and gritty. Steak dry Susie shrimp not worth 12.00. not as advertised. Burger ok but nothing special. Need help. Coming in waiter got order but shift over and person after was awful.

I may be a little biased or set my standards a bit higher. However when I spend $200 on an average meal I expect some service. We walked in with a party of 8. Waited approx 20 - 25 min as we watched the empty table that ultimately became ours be half cleaned, witnessed a fight of who was to clean it and the staff's required 10min, "I must look at my phone and check social media before sitting you down."Our server did decide to show up got our drinks and our food. In the mean time another tussle between co-workers was witnessed, potty breaks were handled on our end. Which did give us time to explore. I discovered over 10 employees 4 tables: Ours of 8, 2 of 2 and one of 4. Many apologies were given to some of the tables for this and that. Otherwise the restaurant was empty. With only 1 actual employee working. (PS I gave that one a nice cash tip. I left the tipping for our meal upto the wife. I didn't feel generous to our server. This marked another end to our travels across the country and will pay for great service and food. A little advise was shared to that employee and with a smile they were on their way.) However in our discovery time not once did we see a manager or even spoke to one on our visit. Floors sat with food, napkins, utensils and ick the entire time we were there. (APPROX 1 HR PLUS) I'll have nightmares from the bathroom for sure ... DON'T TOUCH THE WALLS!Oh wait the food. Yep ordinary, just ordinary no great mark up being The Outback Steakhouse. The lobster smelled a bit aged. My wife and I questioned ourselves ordering it before hand as to not be disappointed but other than the smell it was an average size of a fat crawdad. Chewy, gummy however you'd like to interpret the texture. My beed filet was decent. My final review? Save your money and find a tasty food truck, Five guy's burger or a long Jon Silvers fishstick place. Use the gas station bathroom with the fear of being robbed and you'll still be saving money and get better service. Maybe tip the gas attendant? This way 10 plus employees at a franchise don't need to charge $200 for the equivalent price of a McDonald's quarter pounder and filet-o-fish!Hate leaving bad reviews but after traveling for 10 days I expected more, plus I am writing this review a week later after tossing back and forth if I should or should not.I openly post this straight to Outback and welcome their feedback on the matter.

Sarah is the BEST when it comes to management. She made my experience memorable in multiple ways with her genuinly kind and caring personality. It's managers like her in the middle of a pandemic that keep employee retention alive! The staff was having fun while working while making sure their tables were taken care of. GREAT hire with Sarah. DEFINITELY COMING BACK!!!!

I came into the Tri County Outback on 1/13/22 and my server was Liyah. She greeted me quickly and had a positive attitude, she also got me everything that I needed. The only issue I had was my steak wasn’t cooked correctly, but she fixed it for me and also had the manager come speak to my table, The experience was good and I will come back soon.

Came to outback with some friends for a nice dinner and that’s exactly what we got! Our server Sydney was so amazing! she was always checking up on us and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal! 10/10 great experience!
