Kierstin does an excellent job co-running the bar and waiting on tables. She is timely in refreshing drinks, bread and whatever you need. Friendly and good service. My wife & I ask for her tables when we visit. You’re guaranteed a good visit.
the food.. waitress waa nice. the wait was way to long.
ordered my steak grilled not seared. when I got home my steak was seared and more like rare and not medium. again not the end of the world, I can eat rare. I called the outback because I was wondering if they still grill steaks. I asked the employee and he said yes we do. I wasn't looking for a new steak or a refund. I mean you spend 20 bucks you would like it right but it's not my last meal. the thing that got me was when I told the guy I got it seared and not grilled he said well next time you order i hope it works out for you. I thought next time I order I'll try longhorn and see if it works out for me.
Ordered curbside pickup this afternoon. I arrived at the pickup time. Waited 15 to 20 minutes nobody came out with my order. I finally had to go inside to and bring out my order myself. They were not polite no one said that they were sorry. Jut gave me the bag. I asked "don't you bring curbside out to the cars anymore. " the girl said yes we do.I left. This was the second time I ordered curbside and had to go in an bring it out myself. VERY POOR SERVICE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS.THE PLACE WAS EMPTY INSIDE EXCEPT FOR MAYBE 15 PEOPLE. THEY WERE NOT BUISY.
I enjoyed the sirloin cooked to perfection and my husband enjoyed Alice Springs Chicken. The service was good and we enjoyed a leisurely meal. Our server; however, did not submit our dinner for the rewards program. I'm bummed especially after spending as much as we did on dinner!
Well. I went last week and the service was terrific but the food was good. The waitress was so focused on making sure my husband's needs were met, and she kept forgetting about bringing me my food. He got his food way before me and I was just sitting there with nothing while he finished all his food. Female waitresses should never just assume the man is paying, therefore trying to please him only. I can't stand when waitresses do this we eat out every day so I can see a pattern. SMH!! Although she kept apologizing I did accept her apology but it happens a lot.
The food was delicious, the steak was just as we ordered. The service was beyond great. Our server was friendly and respectful. She checked back with us in a good way not too much but just at the right times. We will be going back!
Celebrating , 1 year no smoking a week late. Indulgence of steak, shrimp, sweet potato. Brought home and devoured! Perfect doneness, great seasoning.Ordered the Joey sirloin, sweet potato, and the shrimp appetizer, with slice of bread. ( Had salad fixed at home).
Two out of four orders turned out good. Two steaks came extremely well done after a hour wait. The waitress said she could have them replaced but we did not have enough time. Good service poorly cooked food.
Not the best experience. It took over an hour to get our orders taken. We had to ask to get appetizer orders placed. Prime rib selection was not available even with a notation in menu it was available all day during weekend hours. Several of our steak selections were over cooked and dry. Poor service. Waitress not attentive. Hard to get her attention for problems or needs. Charged me $3.19 for water. There were 18 in our party and 7 of us were disappointed with our dining experience.selections were over cooked, dry and fatty.
