Me and mom stopped in and greeter confused us with another party and seated us as thinking we were with them. Now that wasn't the issue he got really upset and threw his hands like it was our fault and said we didn't say anything... Well I thought that was the point of being a greater...He didn't say much to us while we waited to be seated and was totally rude little guy with a point tail and shaved sides... He almost ruined our outing but Sam our waiter was great and did was awesome
I order takeout from Outback pretty often, and this is usually my favorite location. Normally, the food is decent, and they’re pretty good about getting my order right and accommodating requests for extras. We decided to order Outback to celebrate Mother’s Day early - I ordered a steak that comes with 2 sides, and decided to splurge and pay extra for a Caesar salad (which I’d never tried before - I usually get the house salad that comes as a side.) On my second bite I notice what I THOUGHT was some wilted lettuce (bad enough), but when I looked closer I discovered it was ROTTEN! Pretty much lost my appetite after that and it made me doubt the quality and freshness of the rest of the food - most of it was thrown away! Within the next day or two, I got a follow-up email with the subject, “How’d we do?” I took the survey, explained my experience, and let them know how disappointed I was paying extra for a salad with rotten lettuce. NO RESPONSE, even though I requested to be contacted about my experience and included my contact information. I don’t think I’ll ever order from this location again.
45th wedding anniversary. Asked for table but got booth next to loud couple with whining kid next to the kitchen. Requested another table on the other side of restaurant. Told there were no servers on that side. But people were dining on that side of the restaurant with plenty of open tables. Outback you suck in so many ways. Thanks for the privilege of attempting to dine at outback. Happy 45th Outback Kenwood Ohio.
My first time at an Outback and it was so nice. The food was delicious and the server very good.
Came in to pick up an online order for door dash. Stood around and was ignored by several employees for 5 minutes. Went to politely ask the bartender to check on my order. She rudely replied that she would. I waited another five minutes while she did anything but check on my order.I went and practically stood in the kitchen while more employees ignored me.Wasted approximately 12 minutes waiting for an order, while being ignored or treated rudely.I dropped the order and left. I will definitely think twice about carrying more orders for this outback, and will probably never return for myself. They clearly don't care about online business, or treating people with respect.
The service was really good. She did a great job despite it being really busy. The food was done well and tasty.
Our steaks were burnt like a piece of shoe leather on one side but cooked properly on the other side and they were cold like they had been sitting for a while. Simple request like fries on a separate plate and broccoli in a separate bowl were ignored.The replacement steak I got was raw and cold to touch.Even though our food was a disaster the service and management was amazing and made things right.We would definitely go back and try it again.

This was the first on-line order for my Wife and I at the Kenwood Outback. Everything was really good the way we ordered it. Very enjoyable meals, thanks so much!
Greetings, I love steak- especially the the rib-eye with the bone in.However, my meal was delicious- except no seasoning on the steak- tasted the char more than anything. I order the new kookaburra chicken with sauce- no sauce at all. I'm sure what happen- I order this threw online app.Overall, I be back. Still a good experience
