I had the pleasure of having Rekya as my waitress Saturday and she was one of the best waitress I have had in a long time. Very helpful with the menu, patient and was on top of refilling our drinks and more. She’s a very sweet and fantastic waitress. I’ll be back soon 😊
WOW! What a meal! I love the wings, and can't go wrong with a steak. That rub is great. We sat at the bar, and had the best time. Megan was the absolute greatest! Such a treat to talk to, and she really knows how to whip up an awesome margarita. Will definitely be back, because of our experience.
The food was great, I always love getting the blooming onion. The real star of my dinner was my waitress Brittany. She was friendly, helpful when I asked her what I should get (I wanted to try a new entree) and she always made sure my cup was filled. Would come back and be a regular just to see her again.
We ate here tonight. You could tell they were busy but our server went above and beyond. Everything came out hot and in good time. The manager, Jack, even came around to check on us as we enjoyed our meal. Overall, it was a very nice time with great food. We will be coming back!!
My family went to Outback on a Sunday at lunch time. The restaurant looked very nice and it wasn't very busy at all. I was kind of surprised. The restaurant was somewhat short-staffed and it took awhile to seat us. Our server was amazing and there was nothing lacking as far as that's concerned. He was awesome. I got a prime rib steak sandwich and it was amazing. What's kind of funny, is the fact that they did not have any prime rib steaks available yet. Anyway, we all shared a Bloomin Onion. I loved it. All in all we had a great experience and the food was great as well.
Party of 6 for a birthday, service was pleasant, drinks and appetizers were good. But we waited a long time for the main course, only to be presented with cold, tough steaks. It's possible they forgot one of them, so they must have "rested" the other 5 while the other one cooked. This is no 5 star steakhouse so I wasn't expecting the juiciest freshest steak ever, but what we got was cold, tough and full of gristle. To be fair, after we complained, the manager reduced our bill and apologized, so in that regard I can't complain too much. I am doubtful however that I'll go back.
The steaks are only seasoned and cooked on one side, one baked potato was very very small(I have a picture), only toppings for one potato and the salads were small. It's almost like someone intentionally screwed with our meal! I’ve eaten at Outback for over 30 years and until my last 2 deliveries, they’ve all been good experiences. If this is the way your staff cooks delivery meals then don’t offer delivery service!
There was only one waitress for several tables.I mentioned to the manager or assistant manager that I was really hungry since I hadn't eaten since early the day before due to fasting for cancer procedures/tests I had to do this morning. Could we please have our order taken? He apologized and took our order immediately on the back of a drink blotter. He brought us some bread and butter and shortly thereafter brought us our steaks and side orders.Everything was absolutely perfect. This was phenomenal, exemplary customer service. We will both be recommending Outback Steakhouse at this location to everyone.I hope all the employees are ready to raise the bar like he did.Thank you for a very pleasurable dining experience.
My wife and I came here to celebrate her birthday at a restaurant we had never been. Our overall experience was a definite five out of five in every respect. Our server, Alex, could not of taken better care of us. The drinks were absolutely perfection, and the food was second to none! We will certainly be back. I am especially impressed and honored that you give veterans a discount. I served in a combat area in Mogadishu, Somalia in 1993, and this recognition means everything, for it’s not about the discount. Alex rocks! We will certainly ask for her when we come back next.
I went to Outback in Anderson Saturday night for what I though was going to be a decent Valentine’s Day date. Much to my dismay this is the sad excuse of a steak that was brought to me. I understand I was going to see some red/pink because I asked for it to be cooked medium but this is just bad form. If I’m going to pay $20+ for a steak the edges better be seared as well. I give you three stars because my appetizer and sides were up to par….. But what was supposed to be the star of the show ‘the steak’ was disappointing and lack luster.
