The greeter was friendly.Seated us in a booth for two.Sat for 10 mins,with no one coming to our table.We were passed by employees til I said something. We were told placed us at a booth with no server assign to it!!! A server came up to wait on us,then she left & another server came & waited on us.She did a good job.They were saying the greeter was new & didn't know. I say better management & training of employees.
I ordered the New York Strip, loaded sweet potato and broccoli. I ate my sweet potato and a little bit of the steak because I got full. I got sick on the stomach when I got home . The next day I went to warm the steak up and it was really bloody to the point that I had too recook it . I was upset about that. Don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. And anytime I order steak I will definitely check it thoughly.
really poor service. slow night so that isn't an excuse. waited 15 minutes for our drinks. and only then because I went and asked the hostess to find our waitress. waitress brought out bread but didn't bring any plates or silverware. everything took far too long. I get it. I understand the labor situation many places are in. however, I'd be more understanding if that was explained to us ahead of time. but when the hostess has to go search for our waitress in the back, there is a problem.
food was not correct it was small portions for price and quality
Made reservations for 5:30pm on a Thursday afternoon. I arrived at 5:07, was seated by 5:15pm. Placed order and waited… food arrived at 6:08pm Food was hot and cooked properly. Server kept bring wrong refills. We kept asking, and she kept bringing wrong drinks. We finished meals within 15-20 minutes, sat around 25-30 minutes awaiting our bill. Left at 6:55pm, almost 2 hours. Great food, great people, horrible speed of service.
We came too dinner tonight, our server was Dejah ( sorry love if I've spelled it wrong!!) She was amazing!! So attentive and on it and has a great attitude. She made sure we had everything and checked up on us all the time. The blooming onion was on point as always. I didn't much care for the ribs, the tasted cheap and wasn't much meat at all, sad about that.Hubs had the salmon with rice dish, he loved it. The brussel sprouts were too die for so good. Kiddos had the burger and chicken fingers and fries, they said it was awesome. I had the Bombastic margaritas, so good. The lime one was super sour and Dejah gladly brought me some watermelon syrup to make it better, loved it. Over all a great time and great service
Blake gave me the best meat of my life. After a long hard day at work, I needed something to satisfy me and he knew just the thing. He gave me something big and bone in, I think it was that thick juicy porterhouse. Then just when my mouth was full he refilled me so I could wash it down with an ice cold cherry coke that he made himself! I will be back for sure, but next time I won’t be asking him for the porterhouse.
I stopped in for lunch and a cocktail last week. Donna was the bartender waiting on me and she was phenomenal. My water never went empty and she suggested a fantastic drink: the smokey cinnamon old fashion. She was very polite and and efficient covering several tables, the bar and making other servers drinks as well.Would highly recommend asking for Donna, the smokey old fashion and the blooming fried chicken entree! Will certainly return for it myself!
Help my fellow Americans. One evening, last Thursday to be exact, me and Michelle were cruising through the Midwest and decided to stop and see our favorite Out Back server Blake.Blake continues to go above and beyond the call off duty at Out Back and if I were still in office, I’d make sure he could serve my food to me everyday.Blake gave myself and Michelle the most romantic dinner service we have ever received and was able to recommend plenty of things from the menu to satisfy the massive appetite that I had built up.Give this man the Medal of Honor as he is the best server in the nation. Also checkout his sound cloud, my daughters love it. Barack out ✌?
Our server, Donna was AMAZING today, for lunch at Outback western hills! The new bloomin fried shrimp are to die for !!! Donna was so attentive and checked in with us often, and this was a truly memorable experience! She made us feel cared for but we could still have private chats. Wonderful! Go see Donna!!!
