Went during lunch. Was pretty darn busy. Was helped quick, got food quick. Had a younger male server who was the most impressive best server we've had in a LONG while. Sadly forgot his name. Delicious. Not a complaint in the world. Love Olive Garden.
Our server Sam was not a good server. Asked for water is he was trying to have me order a flavor tea or an alcoholic beverage. He was trying to tease us, however, that proved to be very annoying. We we there to talk, not be entertained! The topper was when the Manager (Janie) came over and asked if we wanted anything else, if there was something she could do for us. We took the hint that they wanted us to go. Olive Garden was always our go to restaurant when we get together. We will have a new restaurant from now on. The food is average. Not worth the rude behavior.
Called ahead to put name on list. Got there and waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Waiter was great and food came out hot. Everything tasted great. Overall great experience!
There was a little wait, but the service was FAST! We got sat and our server was on top of it! She had a few other large parties and still was able to bring us out everything we needed. The unlimited sauces with the breadsticks are a go to! So yummy!! The food was warm, not too amazing, but it was still overall good experience. Plus our server was great and pleasant and so courteous. Made us really feel like we were fancy dining!
The staff here is ALWAYS ON IT! My wife and I went out Saturday before valentine's day. Originally wanted Texas Roadhouse which had literally no parking lot space. Then we came over and checked Logans which was a 25min wait. Came over here expecting the same if not worse and they instantly had us in a table. We got our appetizers the same time as our meal. I can't remember the waiters name but he had a cast on. Great guy, good energy and kept things moving
Always get so much food for the cost. It’s always still fresh and hot when I get home after driving half an hour. Employees who bring out the food are always very nice...
Excellent food! The service here is spectacular. You do not wait to be seated, and the staff gives you their full attention. Did I mention how great their food is? Definitely repeat customers here!
I had lunch at this OG location on Christmas Eve, with a fairly large family party. We basically had a large room to ourselves. It was awesome! Our server Gus was super on top of things. The food was all great. Easy to pay using a table kiosk. Not a single complaint.
I haven't been to Olive garden in a while. We had a great Bartender, Christa(sp?) She was also our server. I love her! Hooked me up with a good bottle of wine and even put the orange slice in my boyfriend's Blue Moon... That's how we judge a bartender when we're out, haha! You'd be surprised how many don't put it on the glass. It makes a world of difference. She was super friendly and fast and multitasking like a boss. The chicken gnocchi was great like always. The first round of breadstuffs we're a little hard, which was not the norm here. She rectified that pretty quickly. She was probably the best server we've had in a while, not just here but out of all the restaurants we've been to recently. From the hostess station to the server and BOH employees making our foods, overall spectacular dining experience.
Had a wonderful time with my co-workers, had brunch, food delicious and service was great, clean and sanitized, as soon as customers were finished.
