My wife and I came here tonight on a Thursday and arrived a little after 8:30 for a late dinner. We got seated and the server came by us twice and said he would be right with us, no issues there. We waited for about five minutes until a different girl came over (I'm not sure if she was a server, busser, hostess, etc but I didn't get her name). She simply asked if someone had taken our drink order and was about to take our drink order when the server, David came and said he could take care of it himself and kind of put her in her place. He didn't cause a scene but you could tell he was irked that she would even consider taking our drink order. We felt bad for her and it was an awkward start to our time there. The girl was sweet and was just trying to help and wasn't trying to take over his table at all. Anyhow, we placed our drink and food order at the same time and David just acted awkward the whole time. Also, you know when you go to a restaurant and you feel rushed to leave, even if nobody says it explicitly? That's how my wife and I both felt with the way everyone was acting. It seemed like they wanted us out of there. We would've thought they closed at 9 if we hadn't checked later to find out they closed at 10pm. It didn't feel like a team effort to give us the best experience and make us feel welcome, it felt like we were part of a competition and a hindrance to the employees who seemed determined to leave at 10pm at all costs. When we left, David made a comment to us saying, "You had to deal with an emotionally exhausted server", which I don't know if he meant himself or the girl who tried to take our drink order. Either way, not a good look. The food was good which is why I am giving them 2 stars and not 1, because the service alone would've earned a 1.
I haven't been in years because the quality had gone down so much. I got a gift card for Christmas and decided to try it again.I was very pleasantly surprised by how good everything was.We had calamari that was perfectly prepared. My salmon was delicious, brown on the outside and moist and flaky inside.
This place is not my favorite place for Italian, but we stopped here for lunch on a whim. Surprisingly, we had a really nice meal. The service was very good, and our server suggest trying the $5.00 carry home meals. (Which were a very good deal.) I will return again..
Finally talked my husband into going to Olive Garden because we had received a gift card for Christmas.Everything was going good until the couple sitting next to us found a hair in their calamari. Everything went downhill after that. We could not eat another bite after watching the guy pull the hair out. Ugh…Doubt if we go back to this location or any Olive Garden. We are scarred for life!
Bethany was our server and she was amazing! Great waitress, crack jokes with us just all around amazing person! Would definitely ask for her next time we go their.
Please get rid of the table games. My son latched onto this as soon as we sat down and I had no idea of the fee until I saw the bill. That should be clearly divulged on the device or require payment to begin.
Good service and the food is consistent. You know what you are going to get every time. I like the salad and bread sticks, it's the chips and salsa of Italian food.
Love, love, love this place. Service was excellent. Walked right in and sat down.
I absolutely love Olive Garden!!! Food was FANTASTIC!!! Our server was new and a bit slow, but I've been in that position so it was more than understandable. Breadsticks were hot and fresh and the salad ? was fabulous?✨! This was a location we've never been to before, but was the closest to where he lives! We will be back!
We were sat. And ignored and we walked out. Remember servers say something to the table, like I will be right with you. Not even a tea was brought. So we won't be back. Any acknowledgement of our table was all it would of taken. I don't wait 10 minutes for a server and then 15 for a tea. She never even asked if we wanted an appetizer. She wasn't happy we were there and it was obvious.
