THE BEST LOCATION IN CINCINNATI HANDS DOWN! Listen, I eat good every time I come here. I never have to ask for anything; including extra sauce. It comes swimming in Alfredo! Other locations serve dry noodles. The bread is always hot 'n fresh, never hard 'n cold. My waitress is always attentive and doesn't over crowd us. Customer services is always a pleasure. My favorite appetizer was their calamari; now it's the fried shrimp ? OH MY GOD! MY favorite dish is the chicken alfredo (w/ broccoli ?).Wish they'd bring back the peppercorn ranch sauce for the calamari. As well as, the chicken con broccoli. Those were my favorites back in late 90's, early 2000's.
We came here on Friday at noon before the restaurant got busy. The first impression of the restaurant is when you meet the first person! We said twice hi, she didn't pay attention while she was staring at us!I waited 20 minutes before getting seated while more than 80% of tables were available at that time!After we got our table, we felt more comfortable and more welcome by a different waitress.Our food was prepared quickly without any delay, the waitress was so nice, and she came to us several times.We got only one salad where we should get 2, I'm not sure if they put both on one plate! The quality of food wasn't as expected, my kids didn't like the food, and I did too. The napkins had a very bad smell, it looked has never been washed!The chicken in the chicken alfredo was so oily and looked not grilled.The second star is only for the second waitress.Here is not a good dining restaurant, please stay away and find somewhere else. I will never return to this restaurant again.
Exceptional service. Joe was absolutely wonderful, mad the experience 10x better. He was attentive and relay kept me laughing. He brightened my day! The food was good as always, and the peach Bellini is always a favorite with me. Great service for my first time here!
Don’t come here. I’ve been in a couple Olive Garden before and Ive never had any problem, but today our waitress was rude, we asked for 2 shots and it took like 25 minutes to brought them, the girl brought like 9 shots and we only asked for 2 SHOTS! Then we asked for 2 margaritas and they put 3 on our check, we told the server and she didn’t even apologize for it, I asked to talk to the manager and she ended arguing with us too? it was my wedding day and they messed up everything.
Beautiful experience. New servers were being trained very well. Food was hot and prepared with dedication and care. Timely. General Manager even came out and was very friendly and made sure everything was perfect.Thank you all may all of you have peace and joy this day ??
Always delicious! We both got chicken Scampi. Didn't taste as garlicky as usual and some of the peppers were cut in huge pieces. I wish they would chop the salad lettuce better. Our server, Taylor was great!
Wonderfull Friends reunion with a great server. She was awesome to work with.We apreciate every bit of her attention. We love our food, great view for our toddlers to be around and not be so desperate.Thanks Olive Garden for having great Servers.Will be back soon
Lunch on Saturday about noon. Sat at the bar and Christopher J. waited on us. Had the soup/salad/bread sticks special. Food was very good. White wines were also very good and fairly priced. Christopher's service was excellent. He is a credit to the organization. After reading other reviews here, it becomes obvious that a good, personable, well trained server makes all the difference in the customer experience.
Ice cold room temperature inside and waitress didn't know basic hospitality. I had to put my coat back on. Sprite drink wasn't carbonated at all terrible. I still tipped 20% though but I could say more about this horrible experience. It wasn't worth the time. After my concerns weren't addressed in a timely fashion I asked for the manager. He gave me a whole TEN DOLLAR CARD CREDIT for another visit... WOW!
Always love it when we're here the customer service is awesome and the food is always hot and on point. Great job on many years of keeping a satisfied customer. A gem amongst the few fleeting in family dining!
