First time in area. Never heard of or been to O'Charley's before.Family friendly. Great menu selection. Friendly service. Reasonable prices. Food was tastey, while it sounded amazing (blackberry cobbler) it was just so so, but I had to try it. Decent beer selection.Pros:- great menu variety- good value for $- nice desert selection- friendly service- warms and tastey food.Cons:- building exterior seemed dated and might cause some to pass bywhile not a con, it's not a pro either. Seems more of a family or elderly establishment. not the type of place young couple or teens would go to hang.Bottom line, if I'm in the area or visiting some place else that has an O'Charley's I would go again. it was worth it. really liked the catfish.
Sorry O'Charley. I ordered two meals to go. I live 30 minutes away. When I got home neither meal was correct. I ordered chicken and got fish. My wife ordered chicken pasta and got shrimp pasta. When I called I was transferred to the "to go" person who said she gave me the right food. She put me on hold to "look in to it". She never came back to the phone. I called back, asked for the manager and was given a refund immediately. I work hard for my money and To go is expensive. Not worth it.
I love this o Charley's but today.. was a uncomfortable experience. We arrived to celebrate a victory for my girls volleyball game. We didn't get greeted with a hi or hello. We got greeted with a "how many". Then what made it worst is the greeter walked in front of me without excusing her self almost stepping on my shoes. No follow me or anything. We arrived at a table. She set our menus down and walked away. No conversation at all.With the day I had I love coming to places like o Charley's. The atmosphere and home cooked feel was just what I needed. Im not sure what her issue was but she could of stayed home today. Our waiter was a great guy. Although someone upset her today I didn't want to judge the entire establishment based off of her.
This was our first time coming here and I must say the food and service was absolutely amazing! We will most definitely be coming back when we are here again. Our server was very friendly and fun to talk with and easy to joke around with! The restaurant has a great atmosphere and tables are evenly spaced wasn't all cramped around each other. The restroom was also very clean and big.
The food was overpriced and under deliveredService was good.Portions were smallUnderstaffing is obvious.
Went there for lunch on Wednesday with my sister. The sever I believe her name was Kari gave us excellent service the food was delicious. We got a to go order also it wasn't made properly she went and got the manager who corrected immediately. I believe her name was Kym. Need more workers like them they definitely made it a great experience and we will be back.
The workers are friendly food smells wonderful I picked up a grub hub order from them but they were having troubles finding it due to the machine not printing the ticket but other than that they were very polite and got the order ready pretty quick and apologized for the delay
Our Server Brandi did an excellent job. She was very informative and provided great service. Food came out hot and in a timely matter. Would definitely recommend!!!

Ordered a chicken club keto style, no bread. Asked if they could wrap in lettuce. Derrick in kitchen did an excellent job. So did Eva putting in the order.?
