I am a single mom. I’m 43 and recently had a baby. Being alone in pregnancy was very difficult. I’ve been in out of the hospital with severe complications and almost died as a result. I have been at home recovering getting my health back up and along with my newborn. I was really hungry because I’m a breastfeeding mom and my older children we’re not home to help make me food. I don’t have a lot of money but I really wanted a dinner with steak because I’m anemic. I called the order in and a very nice young man, who I ended up finding out was named Kareem.He doesn’t know the details of my story except I just had a baby and I had a difficult time.I’ve never done a review before and actually had to reset my password for this. But I needed to put this out therefor what this young employee had in my bag when I opened it at home. I was sitting on my bed with my baby and looked in the bag and there was this awesome note in there which made me cry. I needed some positivity and just a simple small gesture meant everything to this mama. This place obviously has an employee that goes the extra mile who has no idea who the person is receiving at the end. His mama sure raised him right I’m guessing. It made me call the manager Emily and tell her about an employee doing kind gestures. And I will add the food was superb. (For who ever cooked it)I got a ribeye steak, two Caesar salad‘s, and broccoli with garlic butter. I don’t get to eat out often but this experience was memorable for me and I will be keeping that awesome note, as a keepsake.
Quick seating, friendly waitress Great Dinner date (My Daughter) she loves the bread. My Broccoli was steamed just right, my Salmon was cooked perfectly and the Coleslaw was delicious as well. My daughter enjoyed her meal as well
Order was timely. I had the combo appetizer. I was disappointed when I discovered that instead of cheese wedges there were fried pickles. Wouldn't have minded but the fried pickles were mushy. Not good at all. I like fried pickles when they're made good. The cheese wedges were missed very much.
Met some family hadn't seen in years. Wasn't busy, but service was lackluster. Didn't keep drinks replenished, no bread, said they were having issues baking it. The as we were sitting there visiting they came and bussed the table, took all of our drinks that were clearly still being drank. Food was pretty good, just not the service.
Sarah Taylor was so very nice and sweet. Always checked on me and my girl if we needed anything and was all around some of the best service ive ad in such a long time
Coming in dining with Claire was amazing. Very attentive, and even suggested the ceded salmon because I was in the mood for seafood. Atmosphere was great, everyone looked like they were having fun chatting with each other. The manager Brandon came and checked on me, he was very nice and told me to come back since I enjoyed the ceded salmon so much! Very nice crew you have!
My family's meal was delicious, on time, and everything was correct. We had the sweetest, most polite server. Please thank Tyla for her amazing and prompt service. We will return for our weekly dinner and most definitely sit in Tyla's section.
Sarah was an absolute delight! My husband love when we can joke and feel at ease when out together. She was timely and fun! Give her a raise
Stopped in for baked potato soup. They no longer carry it. Just got out of hosp, and have to have soft foods for next 4 days. Disappointing they no longer offer potato soup. Did score on their rolls though.
These ppl are awesome. I misplaced a necklace there and they had 4 ppl look for it for me. They found chain and my husband eventually found the charm in parking lot. Meant the world to me and they knew that. Kudos to all of your staff and mgr that helped me. I am so appreciative of your help. You will never know how much. Great staff!!!
