Love how many different options they have!! My family has a vegan, vegetrian, and a picky regular eater and they have options for us all! And it is all so yummy!!! We enjoy dining in as well as picking up and eating at home.
Haven't gotten my food yet but I know it will be wonderful.That is not even the reason for this review. I ordered on Doordash and after placing my order I called the the actual location, not sure who answered because reception was static at first, I asked if they had a spice level on my pad Thai which I was told no, "but we can make it spicy, I got you".I was overwhelmed by the "we can make it spicy, I got you". If only other places could be so accommodating.Way to go management, everytime I have been to this location (Colerain) I have had nothing but great service! Now it has spilled over for my Doordash order.
I had soup from there recently and it was amazing so hot an delicious cant wait to go back
Tons of gluten free options. The zucchini noodles are delicious. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were nice. The rice crispy treats are huge!!! Found my new favorite restaurant.
The food was great, but the restaurant needs help! It is filthy dirty. We were the first customer of the day and the place looked like it was closing time. Napkins on the floor under the counter, noodles on the floor, food on the tables and the floor was sticky and the bottom of the tables are black with dirt! The girl cooking the food was on her phone scratching her face and didn't wash her hands or use gloves!
I placed my order online and it said would be ready by 7:27p (EST) ... The order actually wasn't ready until 7:47p (EST). The Regular Size Mac N Cheese was ONLY half full and the Korean BBQ Meatballs were burnt!!!
Me and my girlfriend went here the other night, bought drinks and weren’t told that they were out of every drink other then a couple of diet drinks on the drink machine. After that, I started eating my spaghetti and meatballs, and the spaghetti was completely undercooked, and the sauce was not good at all. I love noodles and company but this one was just not even close to what I expect from a noodles and company restaurant.
I asked to speak to someone about their gluten free options because my son has Celiacs disease. They took it very seriously and explained their allergen procedure to me, which is way more than you usually get at a chain restaurant. Kudos to Noodles and Co. and kudos the the crew at the Colerain Ave location! We will be back because of this, it is so hard to find good restaurant options for my son.
Not bad I got the beef Stroganoff and a Cesar salad it's fun to eat with chopsticks. Eat the salad last dump it into the stroganoff bowl to sop up all the goodness. Chase with a DR PEPPER.
They got rid of sooo many things, the cheese tortellini tastes like there is sand in it. No grilled chicken or shrimp. Prices raised a ton.
