New Shaan is our favorite spot in the city for Indian food! We order here at least a few times a month because the food is so delicious and the owners are so kind. They also have entree punch cards which we love!

Very friendly staff, clean restaurant, and the food was flavorful. Very good! This meal is the Thali, you choose three (half-portion) entres from (chicken, lamb, or vegetarian). I chose one from each type. All very flavorful and you get to choose your spice level.
This is by far the best Indian restaurant in the Cincinnati area, it is so fresh and the flavors are phenomenal! Our server was so friendly, you just feel welcomed when you step in the door. We will definitely be back!
We had a very pleasant experience here and amazing food. We were on our way to another state and decided to have last minute lunch as kids got hungry. We entered 10 mins before the closing after lunch time, but the staff was so nice and let us dine in and closed half hour late after the closing time. Amazing food, amazing staff, good place, must go.
This is very delicious! If you truly enjoy Indian food, you will enjoy New Shaan. The staff is always super friendly and make the experience so comfortable. As someone who has literally been to EVERY Indian restaurant in Cincinnati, this is one of the better ones - the food is always great and is mostly North Indian. By the way, there are a few odd reviews from trolls - note most of these haters have only ever posted one review, so be wary of the phantom reviews!
So yummy!! Loved the food (got the basic chicken tikka masala and garlic naan and some papadum). My husband’s stomach was a little upset after but he always gets that way after eating Indian. I was totally fine - full and happy after ? the family that runs it is very sweet. And the decorations were cute for Christmas! Definitely will be returning. the prices were pretty par for the course, but look for coupons in the Cincinnati coupon books.
BEST BEST 5/5This is so far the best Indian Restaurant I have been too!First, they are @ a very convenient location, they super clean and nice!It’s not been a month since I first tried Indian food and came to this place… dude… the food is insanely soooo good!!!The lady at the front is so humble, sweet, caring and has got great customer service skills!!I tried to go a different location recently, But guess what East or west, “Home is best”I would definitely recommend here❤️❤️❤️❤️
