LARGE sushi menu. I was in heaven as I am an avid sushi eater and always trying to find new sushi I haven't tried. I got the Caterpillar Roll and the Spicy Cody Roll minus the sriracha, which were both good. My partner got the beef fried rice with no veggies and the steak was somewhat overcooked but still decent. Prices are a little high but the quality of the food was great. Only bad thing was you pay individually for each side of yum yum/ginger dressing/eel sauce that you get which is about $1 for each.
I love this place. Every time I visit Cincinnati I come here. Their sushi is delicious. Their udon is the perfect texture, and their flavors are awesome. Staff is super nice as well. It's specially convenient that they do take-out so I can always bring dinner to my hotel, since I'm still not very keen on indoors dining while the pandemic is still ongoing. I'll certainly keep coming back to Mr. Sushi when I'm in town!
Fantastic place. Whole staff was extremely friendly especially Moses. The sushi was definitely the best in the city, and I’ve had my fair share of sushi. They have an amazing deal half price off all sushi everyday after 4. I ordered there supreme sushi which was $30, I expected my bill to be massive but I didn’t realize the special applies to that too. My bill was under $30 with 2 beers my roll and an app. Will definitely return. Good place to watch a game too
As someone who is not a huge sushi fan, I really have enjoyed the Spicy Chicken bento box from Mr. Sushi! From the feedback from the friends I came with, the sushi is also great!
Half price sushi only after 4pm. Ordered lunch for pickup and the gentleman who answered the phone assured me that sushi was half off. After I placed the order he didn’t read off the cost, which I thought was strange but whatever. Turns out, the bill wasn’t half off, and it was huge.Maybe a miscommunication, maybe he misheard me. Either way, I won’t be coming back.
This is as close as you are going to get to the previously loved Dancing Wasabi. I believe it's same owner with new twist. Half priced rolls make the price affordable. The nigiri is spot on. Some of the best in the city. Service is good but could be better. Some mishaps on billing and timing. Hot saki is cheap at $8 a large. The wasabi is fresh and spicy. Atmosphere is hit or miss. If it's full it's a fun time. Good location. Near lots of other fun stuff downtown. Would recommend.
My $15 bento box looks so different from those in their pictures. I got cold overcooked noodles and potato tempura as a side. The few pieces of chicken barely has any flavor so I had to dump all the four bags of soy sauce they gave me to make it salty enough to swallow with all the carbs in this box. Plus I also got coleslaw AND salad (though I ordered miso soup). I really don't understand.
Portion size has went down but prices have not. I called and was told this was due to new management.
I love sushi hadn't had it in a while & it was good I got my ? roll deep fried
Great date spot! Service was great and they had an amazing sushi selection. The portions are fairly filling too. We will definitely be back!
