Their boba (boba pearl) pops and burst with fruity syrup and it’s the best! So much toppings to chose from for rolled ice creams. The employees are all so nice and accommodating. Totally recommend this place to anyone
Great rolled ice cream! The flavors were fresh and the quality of the rolls was excellent. Lots of topping and flavors choices. The staff was friendly and the store is clean. They also have boba tea and cereal dishes! We will definitely be back.
Staff was awesome and the rolled ice cream that we got was very good. Unfortunately the tables and floor were dirty. Probably related to worker shortages. Would go back.

Such an interesting gem! Desserts are awesome. You can go simple or over the top. Rolled ice cream is amazing. The service is great. You might be waiting a while but it is so worth it!
MILK JAR EMPLOYEES DON’T GET TO KEEP ANY OF THEIR CREDIT TIPS.I’ve been an avid customer at Milk Jar for two years and I just found out when they approved credit transactions that none of the credit tips I left for the employees were ever given to them and were all solely taken by the owner. I also found out that if customers are fully aware of this and from then tip cash only then the owner will resort to taking a percentage of the cash tips from the employees. I am so disappointed that the owner would take advantage of these hardworking employees in such a shady way especially when he’s understaffed and losing employees.
Went here for the first time because we were craving ice cream and liked the fact that they use cleaner ingredients.. 1. It took 30 minutes to get our order and 2. It was so filthy in there I honestly can’t believe they are able to stay in business. Every container where they keep the toppings is covered in grime. I didn’t see one clean surface, towel or utensil in the area they were prepping. The bathroom is horrifying and just filthy. The ice cream actually tasted good but they really need to DEEP CLEAN everything in that place.
It's a decent place to get rolled ice cream, which is quite neat to watch them make. Expect to spend around seven dollars per person. The flavors are quite nice, but it does take a little time to prepare especially if there is a line.
The bubble tea was good, however, nothing extraordinary. Just like any other decent boba tea cafe. It was not worth driving 8 miles, like I did.
I'm a new customer and a lifelong customer now as well! This place is amazing with great service and amazing drink combinations. I haven't tried the food yet but heard it's amazing as well but if you're looking for fresh and healthy food that taste amazing then this is your place!
