It was daughters bday. Only three of us, couldnât of had worse service! Didnât get any sort of drink including water for at least 1/2 hour. Appetizer came before that. Then waited so long after receiving food for waiter to come back. Never received after dinner coffee until we were ready to go. Awful service for expensive place!
Shrimp Cocktail app was delicious, Caesar salad and bread was good. My husbandâs food was ok. I initially ordered scallops with linguini and it came out like it had been sitting under a heat lamp, super chewy scallops and hard pasta. Sent that back and ordered a glazed salmon that was so undercooked. I suspect they were rushing to try and get my plate back out but unfortunately it was not so great. The sides were good - spinach and potatoes so I ate those and we had to scoot to catch a show. Unfortunate but the food I was able to eat was goid.
Wonderful atmosphere and such friendly staff from the minute we arrived. We arrived 20 minutes early and were able to be seated right away. Our waiter recommended several options- was very thorough and well mannered. Food was excellent.
the restaurant was pretty much empty and yet it took forever for them to bring us anything, there were only 4 people in our party. My salad came with a gnat, sent it back, took them 5 minutes of telling me that they were going to remake it and then the chef comes out and says I'm going to remake it. Really? I don't need 5 people telling me that they are going to remake something. Horrible, this place has gone severely down hill. More than likely will never return.
Poor presentation of green beans. Served hard as a rock. Cold.
Front desk staff unfriendly. Excessive wait to receive food. High noise level. Only âfairâ environment/ ambiance for a high class restaurant. Almost unfriendlyð. In a city with a lot of options I would probably recommend someplace else.
Food was great as always. Service was a little slow, likely due to staffing. Server was great, just seemed to be stretched thin.
This place needs help. Service was terrible. Bill was not correct. I was staying in the hotel above the restaurant. I stopped by for a glass of wine, and I met another customer that had the same experience. For the price point, service should be outstanding. Do not take a client here.
Michael was an outstanding waiter. A lovely place to sit and converse. Food is above par, but keep in mind this is a chain.
This visit demonstrated a total failure of management and training. The soup was served cold like it was just thrown together. The stuffed flounder fish (supposedly their specialty item) was completely overcooked and hardened to the point it was not eatable. The stuffing had no flavor, like seasoning had been forgotten. The server was polite, but it was clear she was very new had not been properly trained. It appeared she was tossed into a sink or swim situation with no training. Some of the folks in our party got their appetizer or salad and others did not for a long gap in time. Perhaps a kitchen failure. The basic courtesies of how to serve were missing. No idea how to open and serve a bottle of wine. Our impression is total management failure hindered by new untrained personnel. This review should be taken seriously, as we never write these except in extreme cases where warranted.!
