I love this McAlister's. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Honestly,the costumer service is a big reason that I continue to eat here, besides the food of course.
I went the other day to get the famous club sandwich and this young black male named Alioune had excellent service, was very kind and respectful and made feel at home, overall 10 out of 10 service for my first time stopping by. Highly recommend trying the food here if it’s your first time !!
Good food and great service. Place always clean, orders are always correct. Staff always attentive and goes extra mile. Food is delicious. Recommend the chicken salad, club sandwich, macaroni and cheese, cheesecake, and any of the salads. Best Unsweetened Iced Tea in town.
The first McAlister's I ever went to was an unsatisfactory visit. But I figured, different location, different service. I was wrong.The staff was unable to provide the proper order, not once, but twice. And gave a not so friendly response when I came in to ask for my order to be made properly. They remade the order and got it wrong a second time. I just ended up leaving.
I use to eat at McAisters in Blue Ash all the time. This is the second time I ate here on the West side. I ordered a Savanah salad to go. The cranberries were not fresh at all. A lot of them were hard. There was like three times more than there usually are. As you can imagine they are very hard to pick out. This is only part of them.
Love this place. The food is great and the staff are super nice. Rhonda, Kimmie, Maddie (both of them), Jayden, and others are just super nice and work really hard.
Service was excellent .Place very clean .Every one keep moving , soon as you reach counter they would stop to help . Food excellent , as I walked up 2 people were ready to take order then in it . I review them neg before .food great both times . However really trim around with employees! I still believe all food and hairdresser should mask , to protect elders or children , due to you never know who is that one person .i believe people more Likely to come in . In western hills all over except star bucks do not wear mask . Or costumers . I know As an RN this virus is not over . Sorry forget to take photos
Nice place for lunch! Very fast service, food delivered as described and was very good. They offer sandwiches, soups, salads, desserts. I had a sweet chicken chipotle on ciabotta bread. It was a warm sandwich with excellent flavor! Their potato salad is very good as well. Their restaurant is well maintained and clean.
I really like this place. Well, I love their food but it's pretty pricey. My wife and I (both ordering "pick two" meals) rarely get out for less than $30-40. That's Panera-level money, and I think they're ridiculously overpriced for what you get. But, as I said, McAlister's has great food.I recommend McAlister's for the quality but its prices make it an occasional treat for me.
My husband and I had lunch here for the first time. He is a chef and we both were very impressed. The food is great and the customer service is even better! My new fav.....!
