My answer will always be yes if someone ask me if I want McAlisters especially if it's the Anderson Township one. Always friendly staff, great service and food never had an issue.
I just got home from getting a take out order. I ordered a Rueben. When I got home it was not a Rueben. When I called they said I ordered a Rachel. I asked what was on a Rachel. They had to look it up because it is no longer on the menu. How did I order something that was not on the menu? I'm sure the girl who took my order misunderstood me as I had a mask on. My biggest complaint is neither person I spoke to offered any kind of compensation to make it right. All I received was "Sorry "
I’m allergic to tomato and they put it there. Asked for no ice it was there. Time of order 2:15 pm March 3rd 2022.
Forgot avocado on my sandwich, soup was bland. Went there for their sweet tea and it wasn't good. Filling meal but not that good.

Ate at McAlister's again today was not good. Ordered the roast beef spud with aus jus.beef dried out no aus jus after i got home and opened bag. Potato was not good cheese was not good.disappointing for $10.40 for basically a microwaved potatoe that was. reheated
I love McAlister Deli! The food is delicious! I had McAlister Club sandwich, potato salad and a Coke. Their service is excellent. The atmosphere is wonderful and friendly! I ate at the one at Beechmont Ave. In Anderson Township. I highly recommend this restaurant!
