It would appear that mcalisters deli decided to delete my review what a shocker, so I will repost yet again, I have received no apology nor any acknowledgment from mcalisters. I was given the wrong sandwich, still ate it because I was hungry and was with my 2 yr old, no one came to check on us, and the spoon I was given was clearly dirty, so I ate my soup with a fork. I will continue to repost this until I receive some form of acknowledgement.
When we arrived we did not know it was 2 mins till closing. We were greeted at the door to let us know we were welcome to place a to go order and they allowed us to use the restroom as well. Its employees such as these that make me for sure want to travel to that particular location an tip them very well!
Terrible location. They always forget an item of my meal. It is a 15 minute drive there and I do not have time during my busy work day to make two trips to the location. I asked them to deliver my missing item since they offer delivery on their website. But they said no. You are not supposed to say no to the customer. You are supposed to say we cannot do that unfortintely but here is what I can do for you. He waited a few seconds to say I can give you a credit to our store. But that does not solve my issue. I am still hungry and do not have time to drive back and get it. Never eating here again. Go to Panera instead.
I've been eating at this location for years but my meal today was terrible. There was literally one small chunk/slice of turkey and two slices of ham on my half club. My half spud was dry, wrinkly and hard. Also I asked for butter and sour cream, got two things of sour cream. I'm not sure if it was an off day or just an employee who doesn't care but I will not be hurrying back anytime soon.
They rush making your food and they don't make it properly first time I ordered a veggie sandwich no avocado they put avocado, then I ordered a chilli asked for cheeses they told me they don't have cheese come to find out they were lying, then the next time I ordered a chilli with chips they forgot my chips and today I ordered a chilli and garden salad no cheese my chilli was cold and my salad was poorly made and had cheese all of theses were in a row I used to eat at this location daily back in 2019 and never had an issue I guess they have a new staff but this will be my last time eating there

Honestly, I tried to give this location a chance, but it’s the second time that they make me waste my lunch time. Took my order and made me wait 20 min. Restaurant was not super busy, but somehow my order got lost in the system, got to the front and asked how long they think I would take, the lady didn’t even glanced to my ticket and said “it will be out soon” waited 15 more min, went back to the front and asked someone else if they could check, they didn’t have my order and I have to go back to work now, they took another 10-15min to get me my order to go!! I truly understand if they are short staffed, but if the first person that I asked for it had take the time to look, I could easily eat my lunch at peace…. And remember it’s THE SECOND TIME they do this to me ?
This location closed early however they still accepted online orders and debited my account waiting to find a resolution between my bank and the restaurant and I am from out of state. Very disappointed as the McAlister's at home is excellent*Update... Reached out to them and they fixed the issue and refunded the charge.
Getting a 4 star this time :(If this happened to the wife, I'd still be hungry. Yeah, it was under the tomato. Wait, I ordered no tomato! Guess the hair gods were looking out for me today.
Simply fabulous. Great service and great food regardless of what location I go to. Grrat place for picky kids.
