Ordered the chicken salad sandwich ended up getting some type of chicken sandwich with honey mustard and cheese. Was told to bring my sandwich back and they will make it right. Went to get my chicken salad sandwich and it had honey mustard on it also which I did not ask for. Be a while before I go back to that one.
The sides I ordered were a little small and didnt fill up the container they came in but aside from that the spuds and sandwiches were amazing.

I ordered the Reuben on gluten free bread. It's hard to beat a warm and tasty Reuben. The gluten free bread is very good. It's just white bread but you just can't have a Reuben without bread so I try to fine delis with gluten free bread options like McAlisters has. I'm very happy with my deli sandwich for lunch today! I'll be back for sure.
Ordered our food, the cashier read back our order multiple times with mistakes. After correcting the order everything seemed to be correct. Food came out with two of the sandwiches missing multiple items. Also we were charged for an extra kids meal despite not getting it. Horrible experience.
Went here for lunch and ordered it to go. The wait was longer than expected but other than that it was nice.
Long line upon arrival. We were 15 back, but decided to stay. Line went at a medium pace. Ordered a salad, sandwich combo and kids meal for dine in. Waited over 15 minutes for our food and nothing. Asked an employee in the dining room and he looked back in the kitchen and they didn't even start on the order yet. So they started preparing the order and we waited another 10 minutes. Really no excuse for that. We could have waited for an entire steak dinner at this point. When the food came out the kids mac and cheese dinner with cold, my husband's sandwich and baked potato we're all so cold. Just a bad experience and reason to never go back. Not one employee apologized for waiting over a half hour for the food, or the twenty-plus minute wait in line or anything. Look I'm not wanting anything free but someone could have at least said we made a mistake, which was obvious..sorry for your wait in line, anything! It's just ridiculous.
Only ordered two items in my potato was missing the au jus and tasted like it had been sitting up for an hour. They weren't busy how hard is it to get an order right
Had McAlisters for the first time today, absolutely amazing! I ordered through doordash and once it came, i was amazed at the presentation of it. It was absolutely amazing! All of my food was still warm and the Club sandwich i had was absolutely delicious! Will definitely order again?
