Seriously great experience! The food is outstanding as is the atmosphere. We couldn't have asked for friendlier management and service. The Italian cuisine is a few steps above other restaurants in this genre. The portions are huge - don't skip this one if you enjoy traditional Italian food.
Sat at the bar, service was quick and very friendly, they took good care of me with my food and drinks. Kept asking me if I needed anything. The food tasted so good and portions were generous. I asked if I could change the TV to an event I was looking for and they handed me the control. Great crew at the bar. Salud!
I need to hurry up and write this review before I pass out from the most delightful food coma. I have always loved the food here and I am pleased that the pandemic has done nothing to decrease the quality, very little (yet) to increase the price, and the atmosphere is as lovely as ever. Our waiter, Silva, was just the right amount of attentive and left us wanting for nothing even though it was a busy Easter Sunday. This place is still one of my faves!
Not a big Italian Cuisine guy but everyone in my group enjoyed their food. The service was excellent and my steak came out perfectly cooked. The people that liked Italian in our group said their dishes were great as well. Do not skip dessert, as it was also fantastic!
Best Italian food in Cincinnati. Both Food Quality and quantity is good.I have learnt my lesson well: never order italian takeout, only dine-in.
Better than Olive Garden that’s for sure, their food is fresh and amazing!
Our first visit to Maggiano's. Restaurant was not that busy but service lacking. First, told to find our own table, then very delayed service after that. Food was good, but we asked 3 times for a specific drink and it arrived as we were getting ready to leave. I don't think we'll be back, too many other choices with better service.

Our server Dominic was fantastic. When we dine out I like to ask my what the servers favorite items are and at least one person at our table will get what is recommended. Tonight that person was me and Dominic's description of the flavor combinations/ suggestions were perfection. From my drink to my entree. I did order my favorite dessert Creme Brulee which was all perfection. Maggiano's is lucky to have such an amazing server. Their chef is also to be commended.
