Decent and a bit greasy Pizza even not if what I’ve ordered (waiter offered change). Beyond I’ve clearly been in cleaner places .
Ordered online at Wooster location. Chose curbside pickup because I had a baby with me. Order medium chicken bacon ranch pizza, Childs quesadilla, and a soda. I am visiting from out of state, so was not familiar with the place. When I arrived I couldn’t find any signs for curbside pickup so I called to ask where I pick up. I was told they don’t do that even though she was aware it was an option on the website. She told me I had to come to the bar to pick it up. No apology just direction. I parked my car half way down the parking lot. Got the baby out of the car and went in to get my order. They gave me the pizza and quesadilla. I had to tell them I also ordered a soda but didn’t want it because I couldn’t carry it all with the baby. I was expecting curbside delivery. All I got from her was an oops. After getting home I realized that the toppings on my pizza were burnt. So in summary. I paid over $30 for a burnt pizza, a child’s quesadilla,, a soda which I didn’t get, and 15% tip (because I thought they were going to bring my food to my car). And no apologies.
This food was good but not enough,Never understood why they put us in the back room where it was Cold and every time they opened the door we We're freezing, all the other tables were empty??? The 4 stars are for the good food delicious,butportions were small.I would have given them the 5 star if they would have seated us On the table away from the door they were all empty.
Really good pizza very time we visit.This time we got the half Hawaiian and half Mac Supreme. My son loved his calzone and said it was stuffed with so much meat! The pretzels with beer cheese were very good. Only thing the menu said you get 3, but it only came with 2. Waitress told us they changed it to 2 but it was still the same amount of dough. Not sure about that. Seems like you would get more than 2 for $8.99. Beer cheese was spicy and yummy.
Love Mac's Pizza. Their pizza us good and the beer cold. Great service.
I like Mac's. Good food. Haven't had the flying pig pizza in a couple years.
I had chicken tenders there which were just on the appetizer menu but with fries filled me up.
I live near by and occasionally order food to go. There is a very drunk man named John they allow to sit at the bar and insult guests. The food is really good for bar/pizza food but I will never be back. He is disgusting and insulting. The bartenders seem to encourage his behavior.
Worst DJ I've ever heard in my life. Everybody there left early as a result of his cringey song selection and incompetent mixing skills. I was horribly embarrassed bringing my friend to this location and exposing him to this nonsense. Food was OK, but worse than every other pizza place within walking distance. Never again
I was going to leave a 1 star review after ordering a large 2-topping pizza and a cheeseburger with waffle fries only to let the waitress know I wanted a cup of ranch. She was going to charge me for the ranch after I just paid for 30 bucks in food so I just left without it, I was disappointed and determined to never go there again as it was my first experience with Mac's.BUT, when I got home, I cracked open a beer and bit into the sausage and pepperoni pizza.. and OMG it was amazing!! Super quality toppings and pizza overall. My son was satisfied with the burger and I will highly recomended due to the food!
