My 1st and last time . I went on the other’s reviews. The service was okay. But I was very disappointed. I ordered the chicken fried rice and steamed vegetables. The fried rice only comes. No soy sauce or any other seasoning. If they cooked it in a special oil I couldn’t tell. The steamed veggies was just that steamed! Not even a hint of salt or pepper in anything. Service was quick. When I went back in to get my food they leave it on a table. No sauce’s in the bag at all. $13 bucks went t to right to the trash. To each it’s own I guess. I can’t eat bland food. But I guess they are good to some people because they’ve been there for years.I just won’t be back.

If you are picky about chicken quality, go here and get the Chicken Pad Thai. It is the best I have found. I drive across town to eat it. They use white meat that is very well trimmed. It is tender and flavorful. Never over/under cooked. Plus, their pad thai sauce is addictive and the vegetables are always crisp and fresh. Skip the crab rangoon unless you like it super sweet- it has sugar crystals on the outside.

If i could give no stars i would. What used to be a very nice stop for chinese fair has turned into something i can't described. Stopped for dinner with my mom who had already eaten and just wanted an egg roll, i ordered an entree and egg roll, waiter said there was a 10 dollar minimum per person. Said it was "the rules" not posted anywhere. Got up walked out, won't go back. Unreal.

Horrible experience here tonight. I have been a long time loyal patron for over 25 years. Today, my daughter and I sat down, and ordered. Our order was about 17.00 for two. Very rude waiter screamed at us that it 'has to be over 10.00 a person or we can't eat inside." Rudest experience yet at a restaurant. Not sure how they can expect to stay in business or if they are closing. huge turn off , horrible, i would give no stars if I could.****and another personI won't be going to Lulu's noodles anymore. A fave if mine for almost 20 years. An elderly man tried to order a wonton soup and a side of rice and the lady kicked him out. Literally yelled and snatched his menu. He never argued. Just left. He said that's all he wanted for the moment. She said that's only $4.50! You order to go! He left. I was in shock. I wish I would've said add to my order, but he was wanting out of there. That's after he sat 15 minutes waiting on someone to come over. She took his order, then came back to take it again. I guess she wanted a different answer. Awful!! He asked if wonton soup was the one with dumplings, so he wasn't familiar with what to order?

Nice environment, good food, friendly customers.

After being loyal customers for years, we are not returning dueto bad face to face treatment from ownership!! My parents had a late lunch, so they decide to stop by Lulu's to get soup and egg rolls for a lite dinner. Upon ordering the guy owner said you did not order enough. They supposedly have a $10 minimum if you want to dine in per person. This was not posted anywhere. My parents were in disbelief and were still shocked the next day, so my mom decided to call them on and a off time to let them know how disappointed what she was. The owner heard her complaint and then she pretended to not be able to hear her and then hung up on my mom. Another bad transfer in ownership from the original owner. Bye bye Lulu's, the food was great , but customer service not the best. Very disappointed in you two!!!

My husband and I couldn’t love this place more! I’ve read the previous reviews and wonder if they’re dining at the same place as us. Service has always been top notch. The food is amazing and always super quick! We’ve never had a tip added without permission. Try it out and see for yourself.

The best chicken fried rice in Cincinnati. Fast and friendly service. Have going many years. Large portions reasonable prices.

I have frequented Lu Lu's on average once every other week for about 2 years. Sometimes with business associates and sometimes by myself, always leaving a good tip (having worked in the restaurant business for 9 years). Over the last 8 or 9 months they have become increasingly more rude and less welcoming. Sometimes I order egg drop soup and ask that they wait to bring the main course until I have had time to eat the soup. This was never a problem until the last several months. Now they bring them together or one right after the other. Well, today I ordered a drink and the egg drop soup and told the waitress I would order the rest after I had finished my soup. She grumbled and left the table. Two minutes later the waiter asked if I had ordered and I said yes that she had taken my order. He asked if that was all I wanted and I said that I may order the special after eating my soup. His response was "You only order one time"! I said I would order the rest later after the soup and was told again "No, you only order one time". My reply was that this was unbelievable and I would be order somewhere else. It is a shame that this is type of entitlement is now in every aspect of life. They are not doing me a favor by allowing me to eat at their restaurant. I am doing them a favor by allowing them to earn my business. Sadly enough this will be my last meal at Lu Lu's Noodles & Rice.

Sat down to order a meal with my daughter. Waiter came to take our order.. only after ordering did he rudely scream at me that our order had to be at least 10.00 each or we cant eat inside his restaurant. The worst restaurant ever. Folks go somewhere where the owners actually are about their loyal clients. Had gone her for more than 25 years, no more. BYE BYE LULU you suck.
