Just left there. I’ve been using Luken’s for all my chicken and most of my fish for over 15 years but I’ll never go back. I apparently didn’t hear the man asked me “that it?” the first time I asked. He handled that by SCREAMING (like turned heads for several stores both directions) “THAT IT!!??!!” I was so flustered I stammered, yes. The woman next to me said how unbelieveably rude he was. When he gave me back my card, I said, “Screaming at me because I did not hear you is not a great way to earn my return business.” He responded, “Oh that’s okay. What did you spend, three dollars? That’s not exactly gonna close the store.” Never have I ever met a bigger jerk in a retail setting.

Horrible experience these people are very rude what they need to understand is people make a choice to shop and this place doesn’t have to be on the lust of where you buy your products as a matter of fact why would you buy products from a business that shows no respect or customer service to you we work very hard to just spend our at the dump 0 stars is appropriate!
Love this place, go by weekly to pick up 2 dozen oysters. Lately they've also had soft-shell crabs. Just thinking of this place brings tears to the eyes of this Maryland native.
