Some things are expensive but they have so many candy options

Way too expensive and the candy was not great, all the gummys in the self serve bins where extremely stale

Okay $7 for cotton candy? I walked in curious saw that price, and just laughed my self out. I'm sure the quality is better, the store is clean, but I don't care. If you going to command that price for common candy items you can get anywhere else at a lesser price by more than half. I'm not seeing the point to come here. Now if they were able to produce a good value on rare delicious treats that are appetizing to the eyes as much as my gullet I would consider coming back. Kenwood Mall coincidentally has more candy shops than any other mall that I know of. Obviously there's a lot of people with sweet tooths. But this Williams-Sonoma version of Candy ? I saw that they had minor potentials but they're not making them front and center.
Mary is a wonderful choice of person to work here. I could not do the job so well. Some prices are excessively high, yet on other items there's great value to be had.
They are are fraud company. Don’t shop here unless you want unauthorized illegal charges made to your credit card.
total criminals and thieves... they are incompetent and will give you a receipt for a purchase in store, then OVER A YEAR LATER, rip those funds out of your account illegally. claiming they ha da glitch and they never got their money. refuse to show proof, dates or even communicate that fact before robbing you. they had a legal require to to communicate their error and stupidity, instead they violated federal law, banking regulations and consumer law to destroy their consumers bank accounts. I will never shop here again and I'm pursuing charges and fines for their negligent and damaging actions. a simple email prior to robbing your consumers would have been adequate. how disgusting
As much as I enjoyed some of their candies, I can easily find a new place that doesn't compromise my card. This was very stressful for me, especially since I don't even remember the last time I was there.
Very beautiful store, clean and well organized just surprised me when a work was really rude to me and my family and also removed her name tag so I couldn’t see her name. She asked if I new how to read and made a big sarcastic laugh. Made me feel pretty horrible so I just wanted to leave. One of the coworkers said her name was Juanita.
