Our server Alex was GREAT!! He was very nice, friendly and professional. He always checked on us and made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed! The food was amazing! My salmon was on point!!! And to you it off, my Prickly Pear margarita was made to the T! Great job to this team today and please be sure Alex knows how great he is!
Can I not star? Guess not so one star will have to do. My friend and I went to Logan’s hoping for it to be a wonderful dinner (for my friends birthday) filled with rolls, lots of refills and great customer service. We got seated right away, no problem with that, however it took 40 minutes for a sever to even acknowledge us after walking by us multiple times and people in the kitchen on their phones and talking. Our server Kayla seemed like she didn’t want to help us at all and rushed, she did not check on us once… therefore we didn’t get any refills at all. When our food was given to us the girl dropped it on the table and immediately left not asking us if we needed anything. I am flabbergasted at the customer service here. Felt bad for not tipping but I was not going to put more moneys worth into this establishment who had more than enough workers to just sit their and ignore us. Definitely will not be going back to the Colerain location.
The food was excellent. Service not so much. The waitress was very slow. When seated by the hostess I sat for 10 minutes waiting for anyone. Her excuse, no one told her she was seated even though she walked past us 3 times. It took another 10 minutes to receive the drinks. The appetizer we ordered, almost beat the drinks. I ordered food and like I said the food was excellent ?. Then orders desert to go which took forever to get. Then she delivered the check, and didn't come back to get it for another 10-15minutes. This was on Tuesday night and your service was very slow I could only imagine coming here on a busy night. Will return because food is always good. But I guess I will just have to stick to sitting at the bar. Because the service is always on point there.
They were flavorful I love the food I love my drink good price good atmosphere I have a buttermilk breaded chicken breast and that groupie strawberry drink is a very nice touch
Great time, great food…. We had a great server, as always…. We come to Logan’s regularly….BBQ pork chops are the bomb!!!! Juicy and tender, which is hard to cook pork chops like that…

Went for the first time with family and it was pretty decent especially for the prices they have. Bread rolls was nice hot and delicious,nice adult beverages as well. We ordered our food it came out well prepared,the only thing was they were forgetting some of our food and the service was ok. But all in all had a wonderful time with the family
Didn't like it at at, do not plan to go back, our waiter was generous and cool, but the cooks and management were horrible. Of course it would make the waiter look bad, but because everything went wrong, the management not one time came over to compensate us for the kitchen mess up. It took forever to get our food, because they droour food and never told the waiter and the management still made us pay full price for everything which was not fair. And the waiter had them make us fresh food and we just took it to go. I won't go back there no more management was very rude.
One of the worse dining experiences I've had in a very long time. I understand the world is short staffed but the service we received was below average on so many levels. We had a party of 15 so we knew it was going to be a little slower but we got in at 635 and didn't receive our food until 915 and it was ice cold! There were some people that didn't receive parts of their order at all. I ordered the stacked shrimp salmon and the shrimp spinach sauce on top It felt like it was out of the fridge that's how cold it was. My sister ordered a loaded sweet potato and it was "on it's way" all dinner long. I am currently still waiting for my food to be remade "on the fly" still 30mins sitting. I will not recommend eating here with more than a party of 4. When we asked where our food was the server actually said "y'all are not over there dying" when we asked what was taking so long for our food.
We were seated right away with menus. Not real busy at first, was waited on pretty quick, order taken. The rolls were piping hot and delicious. Food was as good as expected. Service was on point. Thanks Logan's for our dinner.
